He grabbed the colors and we sat right down and let the pampering begin. Kim was very nice. She was efficient. My nails look great. We had appointments at 1PM and arrived promptly. Our bride waited over an hour for someone to even get started on her mani pedi and was ultimately rushed through her pedicure in like 15 minutes. We were charged the full amount despite sloppy work that, in my opinion, was greatly overpriced. Another bridal party even came in for appointments after ours and they were still taking a servicing walk-ins before us. I wish they would be considerate of timing as it should never take almost three hours for four people to be serviced when they had close to 10 employees. Even at the end, my polish was rushed and I need to get my toe nails redone after the wedding because they're clumpy and sloppy. The only saving grace was that our bride was very pleased with her manicure and will enjoy having her nails done for the wedding.

I have tried a few different people but I have my absolute favorite. I will wait for her to have an open space rather than see someone else. She gives the absolute best mani/pedi. The gel polish they use is very good. I cannot remember what it is called but it's awesome. It's the only polish that has not flaked off or chipped. Unfortunately it's not a line I can order to do my nails in between visits. I also like that they have a membership. Every month I pay $50 to be in the club and then I get a discount on services, $50 credit to use in services and some other perks. What I really like is the service credit does not expire. It just rolls to the next month! My only complaint is the pedicure seating. I do not find it comfortable at all. I'm short and I feel like I'm sitting in the edge but if I lean back it's awkward. Just not comfortable.

My nail technician was really sweet but I paid extra for a manicure that included a massage and scrub and she forgot to do it so she did it at the end but it felt rushed. I also showed an inspiration pic unsure of what they could do with the dazzle dry and she tried to copy it and did a decent job but the manicure took over an hour and I had somewhere to be so I was getting a little stressed! For the price I probably wouldn't return but for anyone with an allergy the facility was nice and clean and it is a good alternative!
