I still have the text showing where I asked what the final bill was and didn't get a response. I called HOUNDSTOOTH and they did the job for half the price and didn't charge extra for pillows. I think they only want pictures to access your home to see if you have money. His response when I left a bad review was his customers aren't price sensitive didn't have the money to pay his price. I love that this is a small family business. From the very first call Advanced Cleaning Systems were prompt and professional. I described my house and carpet. I was given a quote and we set up a time. I immediately received a confirmation. I received another email detailing what I needed to move, securing items, etc. On the day of the cleaning I received a text letting me know they were in route. Communication is top notch with this company. My carpets aren't horrible. I didn't have many huge stains, just 10 years of living with a few pet accidents and spills. Miles and Ethan arrived promptly as promised. They were pleasant, professional, and masked up. The amount I paid was more than the initial quote. I believe this is my fault in describing a common area and messing up the room count. The adjustment was fair, I agreed and they got to work. They were quick and thorough. Their quote beat every other quote I received. We agreed upon a date and time. The night before service, Tony called me to confirm the appointment time. The morning of, Tony called to let me know he would be here just a few minutes late because he was rerouted due to an accident. (Note: my pickup time was 8:00, and I live between two very busy morning traffic roads, so this is 100% understandable.) I appreciated the communication.. most companies wouldn't call about a 5 minute difference! Jerrell was right on time and actually had everything out and loaded when Tony got here at 8:05. Jerrell and Tony were both so friendly. This is extremely important for me, as I am a single woman. You never know who is coming in to your home, and the kindness and warmth was greatly appreciated. Also, an extra FYI: when I was talking to Jerrell about the moving services they provide, I did ask if they are insured, and he said they are insured and bonded.
