I dont even have a contract through this company to have a bill dispute.. and im still no closer to my contract for termite control.. Chris Grahm has been the only positive thing ive taken from this experience and company.. if it wasnt for him I would just find somewhere else to do buiness with.. the customer service team is very inexperienced and lacks training in there current roles and responsibilities

Since All Good Pest Control was taken over and switched to Active, the service had gone way down…read morehill. I'm not talking about the actual service technicians. The one we have is great. However, Active sets up service schedules for the technicians that are impossible for them to meet. This is the 3 time I have been notified we would receive service during the morning time frame. It is now 3 PM and, we have been sitting here waiting all day, we have received no texts or phone calls to notify of us of delays or rescheduling and this isn't even the worst scheduling error. The very first visit they scheduled after the takeover and re-assigning all of the technicians, we were scheduled for a morning service call and nobody showed up all day. I called them a few times and was told that the technician was "running a little behind" but would be at the house before 5 PM. Nope, no show. I have since discovered that they dispatch the technicians on widely dispersed service locations...such as, Rockmart for one call, then to Adairsville for the next, then to one side of Rome, then on to Kingston, back to Rockmart, and then back to Rome. I think it is time to move on. Like I said, the technician that has been assigned to us is always polite, professional, competent, and moves quickly to do the job. The company dispatch and unreasonable scheduling is the big failure. That and the fact that they completely fail to keep the customer updated. So big thank you to the actual technician, and shame on the company.

They told us they would call & schedule our treatments every 3 months. That never happened. We had to call them, wait days for a return call, & work our schedule around the owner's son, who liked to sleep in & got upset, whining to his dad, when I mentioned something about the efficiency of the pest control. We are selling our home, still have one treatment left on our contract, & we called to ask if we could get a termite letter for closing. The owner said it would cost 1400--no credit for not using our last treatment, no concession that we have used them, though reluctantly, for 2 years. He was rude & totally unhelpful. This company is on its last leg. Give them no business!
