Their rewards system is a joke and the employees in stores (we've been to a couple around town) are less than helpful. They seem to have a very limited knowledge, only and to speak on the few things they use personally, whereas other vape shops we've been to have employees who research things themselves and talk to other customers to get a more rounded knowledge set. There are so many other better options around town, save yourself the trouble and go somewhere where they can actually guide you on things.
