First time trying and it will likely be my last. I am not sure they hype and how they won best tenders but my experience was not great. The employees seemed distracted and disengaged. The food, a to go order was overly booked. The tenders were burnt and dried. The French fries were horrible, they tasted stale or like old fries warmed in a microwave.

Picked this because i was craving a chicken wrap and was not disappointed. Their wrap was absolutely delicious and full of flavor. I ordered the crispy chicken wrap. My daughter ordered chicken tenders and they were also so yummy. The fries were to die for! So was the Magoo sauce! Loved that it was such a cute little spot and extremely clean. The employees were young but super nice and helpful. Can't wait to try them again!

First time trying this spot. I've seen it around along with some other trendy chicken tender QSR's and finally stopped in to give it a try. Staff was very friendly and greeted us as soon as we walked in and were helpful with some questions I had on the menu. I wound up getting a grilled tender meal and nugget meal. When the food came out it was hot and very fresh. Everything had a really good taste, but I just was not really impressed. Aside from that I think the food was very salty. I'm not sure what all the hype is about the chicken tender spots that are popping up. I don't think it's worth the price and not sure how great a place can really make a chicken tender. Not sure I'll be back, but I do appreciate the staff, how clean the place was and the quality of the food. I may not be a chicken tender connoisseur, but this place just isn't for me.

Chicken is good quality and very lightly breaded. Fries are nice and crunchy and their seasoning is good. Bread good too. I would say Canes is better just bc of the sauce. This sauce had way too much mayo. But their spicy Huey's sauce was really good.

Me and my guys are obsessed. Both my sons raved about Raising Canes until they tried Hueys and there's a good reason why. The chicken is tender and juicy with no chewies. The fries are good and crispy. That sauce, though! You will want to ask for extra. The place is absolutely spotless with ample seating and the service is prompt and friendly. We've done pickup and UberEats and the food is stellar every time. Love this place!

First time at Huey Magoo's after hearing a lot of hype about it from social media and it being compared to Raising Canes I had high hopes. We ordered the chicken tenders and bites. They claim to serve the "filet of chicken" but everything was just bad. The breading and seasoning was not good and it was sooo SALTY. My mouth was burning for a good 45 minutes after eating here from the amount of salt they have on the chicken and fries. Also in comparison to other fast food chicken bites these are very small. We also tried the watermelon sweet tea which was not sweet at all and blue lemonade which was basically a cup of sugar. The service however was fast and nice the employees were quick with hand delivering our meals to us. The restaurant itself was clean and wasn't too busy. Overall me personally I wouldn't go back the salt alone really upset me. My boyfriend said he would go back if it was his only option. Service was a 5/5 Food 2/5

7 combo. Very good. Must get ranch sauce. Much better than canes. Tenders actually have flavor.

Can't say enough about this place! By far they stand up to their marketing of "filet of chicken tenders!" You can taste the freshness and juiciness in them. We have the fries which are great, the seasoning has a nice flavor. The Texas toast is buttered perfectly. And the fried tenders are 10/10! You must try the ranch and honey mustard! Will keep going back for more!!! I wish this was closer to my house... I can't believe I'm saying it's better than chick fil a!

Chicken tender restaurants are popping up all over town as they are very popular, super tasty, and Huey Magoo's is one of the newest franchises in town. Located in a Southeast corner of Glades Road and 441 near the Home Depot, I decided to try this new place out and am happy to report that it is worth the visit. Sure you can order a sandwich, wrap, or even a salad, but the real star here are the chicken tenders as, according to several signs, these are apparently the best 3% of the chicken, which is the tenderloin and The Filet Mignon of Chicken® although I am not sure how that is verified vs the other chicken places in town. I decided to order a "5 Piece Meal" that had 5 Tenders, Coleslaw, Crinkle-Cut Fries, Texas Toast & Magoo's Dip - however I ordered 3 of them hand breaded and 2 of them grilled (I asked one sauced but that was not allowed) and substituted the coleslaw for another Texas toast and a large drink. The total was $16.67 including taxes. I liked the breaded chicken tenders better than the grilled version, but that is just my opinion. The texas toast was pretty good and the fries were also tasty. I liked the Magoo's dipping sauce and this added more flavor to the chicken. I also tried the blue electric lemonade and that was super tasty and I highly recommend trying that as it was a new flavor to me. So, the real question is how do these compare to other chicken tenders in town and I would stay they are pretty much similar to other competitors and not significantly better or worse. I think this is a good place to add to my lunch rotation and I am sure most everyone will enjoy this place as it is hard to go wrong with chicken tenders.

First time at Huey Magoo's! Place was clean. Service was quick and friendly! We tried a breaded chicken sandwich with the pickles and sauce, and a 5 tender meal. Chicken was very tasty and I really liked the sauce. Would like it to be just a slight more crispy for the chicken and fries. Will be back to try the little tender pieces. Southern sweet tea wasn't that sweet...I wish they had sugar or sweeteners to add more sweetness. All in all, very happy with the meal!

Huey's = Still got it. Any UCF grad will know that Huey Magoo's holds a special place in their heart. I had high hopes for this place opening up around the corner from me, and it's safe to say it delivered. I switched up my typical tender order to see how it would fare as a sandwich. Banging. The fries are borderline elite but the star of the show is still the Huey's sauce. While I don't like the idea of having to pay extra for a small side of extra sauce, it's a must. The crispy fries and the sauce are as good as you can find anywhere. The value was pretty typical but fair and the only letdown was the lemonade was slightly underwhelming. For a tender place I was impressed on the menu. They have sandwiches, wraps, nuggets and salads and even other dipping sauces. The restaurant was brand new, squeaky clean and the service was prompt and friendly. Glad to see Huey's still going strong. I'll be back.

The Grilled Chicken Tenders were AWFUL - tough chewy chicken with no flavor. The Cole Slaw was SATURATED in Mayo - inedible.

It has been many years since I've eaten KFC. Thanks to my friends at UberEATS I got a nice offer,…read moreso I stopped in to pick up lunch. My chicken tenders were small and rather dry, fries were tasty and a generous portion. The biscuits were tasty as well, and I imagine quite unhealthy! Pickup service was fine. Don't see myself stopping by too often, other than for a deal too good to pass up!

Formal Complaint: Severe Mismanagement, Customer Mistreatment, and Points Theft - Store #177 N…read more Powerline Rd To: KFC Corporate Guest Services / EM Squared, LLC Franchise Management I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a horrific experience I had today, May 23, 2026, at approximately 4:30 PM at the KFC location at 177 N. Powerline Rd, Deerfield Beach, FL 33442. I have been a loyal fast-food customer for over 35 years, and I can say without understatement that this was the absolute worst service experience of my life. Not only was I effectively robbed of my rewards points for food I never received, but the sheer hostility, entitlement, and complete lack of professionalism from the staff on duty was staggering. I arrived at the store at 4:30 PM to pick up two mobile orders. The cashier informed me that one of my orders was canceled. However, I pulled up my KFC app and showed her that the order was fully confirmed, and 500 rewards points had already been deducted from my account. The cashier refused to look at my screen, shrugged her shoulders, and completely dismissed me. I immediately asked to speak with the manager. When the manager approached, she repeated the exact same line without looking at the proof on my phone. When I asked what my options were to resolve the issue, she bluntly told me I could "call corporate." I agreed and politely asked for her name so I could document who I spoke with for my corporate refund request. She ignored me, turned her back, and walked into the office. After waiting for 5 minutes, realizing she was not returning with a business card or information, I asked again for her name. She openly refused to give it to me and stated, "It doesn't matter." I explained that I needed her name to document the conversation for my refund, and she still refused. At that point, I asked both the manager and the cashier for the General Manager's or Franchise Owner's contact information. They both flatly refused to provide it. The staff treated me like a criminal rather than a paying customer. To be ignored, dismissed, and denied basic management identification is entirely unacceptable. The woman acting as the manager on duty at 4:30 PM 5/23/26 is a liability to your brand and should be terminated. Her behavior was horrendously rude and completely toxic to a customer-facing business. Ultimately, I left the store with no names, missing food, and 500 rewards points stolen from my account. I expect KFC to take swift action regarding this location's management. I look forward to your prompt response and a resolution to this matter.
