Great selection, but it's inside Smoky Bones restaurant. With no signage!!! That bit of info would have been helpful.

The Hispanic/Latin Alumni Network (HLAN) at FSU recently hosted an event on the outdoor patio at…read moreDear Olivia Bar & Kitchen, and I can't say enough wonderful things about our experience. The space was exactly what we were looking for. It was private, beautiful, and perfect for networking and conversation. From the very beginning, Nicole, the Group Sales Director, was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was kind, responsive, and patient with the many questions we had while planning our event. She made the entire booking process seamless and stress-free. We preordered shareables for our guests, and everything came out perfectly. What really stood out was the staff's attention to detail. They even asked if we'd like to keep some of the food under the warming lamps until more guests arrived before bringing it out. That level of thoughtfulness truly went above and beyond. Our server, Phillip, was fantastic as well. He managed all of our guests' individual orders on his own while remaining friendly, attentive, and efficient throughout the event. We arrived early to decorate, and the team couldn't have been more accommodating. They provided us with a speaker so we could play music and even came to the rescue by lending us markers and tape after we realized we had forgotten ours. Those small gestures made a big difference. And now, the food... Absolutely incredible! The vodka margherita flatbread was, without a doubt, one of the best flatbreads I've ever had. It was SO good. The spinach dip was equally delicious, and every dish we ordered received compliments from our guests. The cocktails were just as impressive and perfectly complemented the meal. Everything exceeded our expectations, and our event couldn't have gone more smoothly. I'm already looking forward to coming back to explore more of the menu because if what we had is any indication, it's going to be another fantastic experience. A huge thank you to Nicole and the entire Dear Olivia team for making our event such a success. I highly recommend Dear Olivia Bar & Kitchen, whether you're planning a private gathering or simply looking for a great meal and drinks. We'll definitely be back!

Usually a restaurant like this would be packed. Once we got to our table there were flys everywhere. I think we saw about 5 of them on the table or against the window. The staff was actually nice and they did move us to another seat that had less flys, but I still saw one or two after eating. The food itself was ok. I got the fried chicken spicy sandwich and the chicken was not crispy and the fries were a little soggy. My wife got the terriaki tocos which were decent but the side salad was a little underwheling being that is was just pure lettuce. While the staff was very friendly, I can't recommend this place. The price was a little more than I would expect for the caliber of food and the flys are a big turn off. I saw bluelights throught the resturaunt, so I it seems like they are aware of the issue.

Keke's is a chain of breakfast and lunch restaurants that opened in 2006 and is based out of Orlando. They have grown to locations all over Florida. I have dined at their Boca and Winter Park locations before. In July 2022, they were purchased by the Denny's Corporation, but Keke's continues to operate separately from Denny's. According to their website, "Keke's Breakfast Cafe is dedicated to providing an outstanding breakfast; a meal where everything is handmade, using the best ingredients available, with fresh fruits and vegetables delivered daily, and using the highest quality bread and dairy products." They pride themselves on service, cleanliness, and quality, and that is what keeps bringing me back. This Keke's location is really bright and colorful. I love the pastel color scheme and Florida-centric theme. The Parkland mural is an especially nice touch. They have a large dining room and a few seats on the patio out back overlooking the waterway. Sierra was my server, and she was so sweet and attentive. I started off with some much needed coffee, which is great here. Bad coffee is a pet peeve of mine. Keke's has the sort of indulgent breakfast menu I love, with stuffed French toast and fruit-topped waffles and pancakes. If you are not into sweet, dessert like breakfasts, they also have a savory lunch menu with sandwiches, salads, and wraps. The entire menu makes my mouth water, especially the decadent stuffed French toast options. I ended up choosing the cinnamon apple French toast and made it a combo with home fries and bacon. Everything was perfection, but my eyes were bigger than my stomach, and I ended up needing a take-home box. While I was dining, Sierra kept the coffee flowing and checked in often. If you are looking for both great food and great service, give Keke's a try. I am so glad to have a location closer to home.

The space is larger than it initially appears, and the wait ended up going by quickly before we were seated. Our server, Brittany, was excellent--she brought us water right away and took our orders in a timely and attentive manner. I ordered the chicken Italian panini and asked to substitute the kettle chips for a salad, but was informed there would be an additional charge of nearly $3. Other members of our party also looked into substituting sides (kettle chips for onion rings) and were told it would be a $4 upcharge--almost the same cost as simply ordering the onion rings separately. As a result, none of us made substitutions, which was disappointing given that the menu indicates side substitutions are available. Our food arrived promptly and was overall very good. That said, my sandwich was missing the pickle, and the kettle chips were a bit greasier than expected. Overall, this is a solid brunch spot, but be aware of the relatively high upcharges for side substitutions if that's something you're considering.

When you walk in, there is absolutely no explanation of how to order. No host, no greeting, no signage, no "order here" instructions. Nothing. The ordering kiosk is literally behind you. It's mounted along the window and wall on the same side as the entrance door, tucked back in the corner and completely out of plain sight. You don't face it when you walk in, nothing points to it, and there's no indication that it even exists unless someone else tells you or you randomly turn around and spot it. There is no human interaction at all. You eventually realize you're supposed to order from a computer kiosk you weren't meant to notice, and that's the entire process. Once you place your order, the service somehow gets worse. The food comes out very slowly, and not together. It arrives one item at a time, spaced out randomly. There are no napkins and no utensils available, so you're forced to keep asking just to be able to eat. Drinks are served in cans, and even then, I had to ask multiple times to actually get them. Nothing is brought automatically. No one checks on you. No one explains anything. The frustrating part is this: the food is excellent. Once everything finally makes it to the table, the burgers are genuinely very good and clearly well made. So the breakdown: * Food quality: Excellent * Ordering system: Hidden and confusing * Service: Terrible * Overall experience: Needlessly frustrating This place could be really good if they added the bare minimum like signage, basic instructions, utensils, napkins, and some actual customer service. Right now, it feels like a secret test just to figure out how to order before you're allowed to enjoy the food. Great burgers. Bad experience

The rolls and cinnamon butter were so good and highly addictive. Service was very good, and the manager stopped by our table to say hello. I believe her name is Jasmine, and she was so sweet. The country music was a bit loud, but not crazy loud, plus everything else made up for it. Our side salads arrived in chilled bowls, with excellent Thousand Island dressing. I loved the chopped eggs in the salad, plus everything was so fresh. The salad was nice and cold, which I just loved. We split the potato skins (without bacon) and we ordered a cup of chili to top off the potato skins. The chili was great on it's own, but really delicious with the cheesy potatoes. I can't wait to go back to try a burger, as they look delicious. They are located in the same plaza as the El Dorado furniture store.

I had grilled salmon with two sides, sweet potato and fresh vegetables (carrots and broccoli). The salmon cooked just right, sweet potato was hot, soft, and sweet. Fresh vegetables steamed just right, still crunchy to my liking. I don't like over cooked veggies. Hubby had a ribeye, but it's over cooked and burnt, he had to send it back. They redid it and sent another plate to him fairly quick. It was cooked right this time, tender and not burnt. They have a discount for veterans, remember to mention it to save a couple of bucks! In the middle of our meal, the servers performed a line dance, what a surprise! I almost danced with them! LOL The music was a bit loud and with restaurant full of dinners talking, we had to kind of shouting over a conversation. They do not take reservations, but encourage guests to get on wait-list via their website or scan the QR code. I highly recommend you do so to avoid long waiting time. The waiter was attentive,
