The restaurant was quiet, the rain outside made it feel extra cozy, and the food was excellent with generous amounts . Our server was amazing, she was handling around six tables while also acting as the hostess, yet she stayed friendly, attentive, and never made us feel rushed. Huge kudos to her! As a dog lover, I absolutely loved the dog-themed decor. It added so much personality to the restaurant. We'll definitely be back!

Title: Terrible service from server Andrea -- food good but experience ruined…read more Review: The food at Lazy Dog in Boca Glades is usually delicious, but my visit just now was ruined by extremely poor service from my server, Andrea. She seemed uninterested in taking my order, disappeared after this order taking experience and I had to ask her 3 times for basic items (Tabasco sauce for my cheeseburger, ketchup for my fries, how about some silverware and napkins or should I eat with my hands. I had to get up and look for the items myself. I can count on one hand withholding a tip, but Andreas attitude was rude and dismissive as if I were beneath her. BTW, The restaurant was mostly empty during happy hour, yet Andrea never checked on me ONCE. One staff member, Nick was friendly and helpful-- since he was the third person, I'd asked to help me get my check, including the hostess, who also couldn't have cared less. I said bring on the robots OK and get rid of half your staff with no personalities and couldn't care less to be in working in your restaurant. Start with no personality Andrea, who couldn't care less, but I was one of your customers today.

I was looking forward to their carrots, but those are no longer on the menu. Server was sweet and on top of everything even though it was busy busy busy. Parking is a bit tight and no valet, so be prepared to walk a little and I would recommend a smaller vehicle. It is in the same area as a publix and preschool.

Unfortunately, the manager offered no solution or effort to correct the issue. Regardless of how food is delivered, customer service is still the restaurant's responsibility. Instead of making it right, we were left reheating and essentially finishing the food ourselves. That's not the experience you expect when paying restaurant prices. Every single item we received had to be put in the oven including the rice that were undercooked. The manager actually is trying to blame it on the Delivery driver when he admitted himself that the ribs are pre-cooked the night before and then heated up the next day. Terrible service disgusting food. Trying to respond to business manager via this review and no there is no formal way to contact.

I ONLY REVIEW NACHOS…read more The bartender talked up Duffy's nachos like she had stock in the place. Turns out she was right. That doesn't happen often in this series. Hand-cut chips that held up start to finish. Queso blanco distributed across every chip. No naked chips. No lettuce avalanche. No Fork Rule violation. This is what nacho construction is supposed to look like and most places can't figure it out. The sriracha aioli exists -- I confirmed it on a napkin test. You just won't taste it on the plate. The blackened chicken and sautéed onions steamroll everything underneath them. Lose the onions, double the jalapeños, let the aioli actually show up -- this is a 9. The empty plate said everything. Every. Single. Chip. Gone. Duffy's is in the conversation. Fix the details and they might just win it. Who'd of thought?? 7.5/10 on the Florida Nacho Man scale. 4/5 stars on Yelp.

After this incident in January, I reached out twice in writing -- by email and through the restaurant's website contact form -- asking for a manager or owner to contact me. No one ever did. We had been regular customers for years. My kids ordered two steaks from Malbec Grill and instead received two burgers from 3:33 Burgers. At the time, I was at the hospital with my husband, and my kids were home alone. I called calmly and politely and asked them to correct their mistake. The person who answered identified himself as Francesco, the manager. He told me I had to bring the burgers back in order to get the steaks. I explained that I physically could not do that because I was at the hospital. His sarcastic response was essentially, "Your kids can eat the burgers. Nothing is going to happen to them." From there, his behavior was unbelievably disrespectful. He laughed, mocked me, and told me there are wars and people dying in the world, as if I had no right to complain about an order the restaurant got wrong. When I said I would speak with his boss, he sarcastically replied, "Oh, I'm so scared." The wrong order was a mistake. Francesco's attitude was not. It was rude, mocking, and completely unacceptable for anyone in customer service, especially a manager. I eventually received a refund through Uber Eats, but after this treatment and two ignored written complaints, I will never return to Malbec Grill.

The restaurant was very packed very loud and lots of customers going and coming all at once. Nevertheless, we were seated within five minutes of arriving. The staff here were all friendly and very welcoming, our server Nick was awesome, he had such a warm and caring attitude, and super friendly, he stood by our table for a while and my boyfriend spoke about football. He took our drink orders, an appetizer order, and then when he arrived with the appetizer, we both placed an order for our main. We did the three combo appetizer platter, and we chose the potato skins, the boneless chicken wings, and the snake bites. The boneless wings were definite hit. They were actually really good, I usually do not like boneless wings because to me they are just nuggets, but these were really good, the snake bites were also very good and we did like them a lot. The potato skins, not so great. For my main, I ordered the half rib slab, and Jason ordered the grilled chicken with a side order of corn and mashed potato. The ribs were tender and fall off the bone, just like the menu says.. I had a side order of the chili along with a baked sweet potato, both were great. The food here was very enjoyable, the atmosphere is loud and lots of country music playing in the background, and I would definitely come back. I have never been here before, but I always remember people telling me that when you go to this restaurant, they serve peanuts at your table and customers can just drop the shelves on the floor. So apparently overtime they stopped doing this and customers are now presented a small bag of raw peanuts, and the shells are discarded in the little bucket on top of the table. I was able to bring my little bag of peanuts home, and you can say that I do have some happy squirrels outside now. lol
