She was, unfortunately, extremely rude, rolling her eyes when I asked for my drink she forgot to hand out, and was cursing at her coworkers in the back about me being annoying for asking for extra sauce. I went through the drive-through. Ordered the whopper meal for two with no onions and no tomatoes, and I also ordered the eight piece chicken nuggets with fries. They handed me the bag and my fault for not checking before driving off, but I got home and realized that the nuggets and fries were missing, and my two whoppers we're cold, ( I live 5 minutes away) and they still added the tomatoes, even though the label said no tomato. I have been to this location twice before to dine in and I've been very nice to the employees when they're taking my order, but it seems as if it pains them to even fake a smile. I shouldn't be made to feel like I'm bothering someone when I'm placing an order. I called the phone number on the receipt which is the same number that's listed on Google and it's the wrong number. I keep getting connected to a scam business asking for my information so that they can give me a Walmart gift card. I go in to quickly just get a cup to make my OWN coffee as she could so clearly see. I also got my grandmother a burger, so I had purchased something. What seemed to be the manager comes to take my order, I'm smiling at her but I do not see she's smiling back. I just ask for a bigger cup and she says no, we have to charge you.. charge me $3 for a cup I'm not even going to get a drink from the fountain with???! So, this is an update on Customer Service at this location, from which we often get Impossible Whoppers. They got our order wrong a few visits ago, and we informed Corporate, who promised some coupons that never came. Nevertheless, we tried again with an online order hoping for less confusion; nope, there was a regular Whopper in with the Impossible Whoppers. This time I checked before leaving, so I was able to tell the cashier about the error. The cashier spent the next several minutes insulting and berating me (the funniest part was when she told me I obviously put the order in wrong, but when I pulled up the order on my phone and asked her to show me where I made the error, she yelled "I don't know nuthin' about online!" OK... I decoded not to attempt to point out the irony). I asked to see the manager, and she interrupted three times, yelling, while I explained the service issue. He did nothing. Said nothing. Seriously. No indication he even heard me or witnessed her yelling at me. So, I told him he just lost about 3K in annual sales because she was rude, and have a nice day. The drive through lady has no customer service skills. Every time I come through here there is an issue. If I order food and arrive 10 minutes before the store closes they never make it. The shakes are never working and they can't make anything 30minutes before the store closes. I don't know why they are even open till midnight if they don't serve anyone. If she is on duty don't expect your milk shake to come with whip cream. You will know she is on duty because this is the only location and manager who charges extra for items such as whip cream on a milk shake that the description says includes whip cream. Burger King in general has been going down hill. I do enjoy the occasional whopper. The price for chicken nuggets can't be beat but do you really think a 10piece nugget costing 1.69$ can really be good for you? This location is convenient for me because it's near my house. I don't spend enough time at Burger King to drive to another location for better service. The place tends to be somewhat clean. The drink dispenser area often has flies and soda spilled around. Not sure if they clean that often. The rag they use to clean tends to sit around on the counter by where they serve you your food. I am amazed at the service we got at this Burger King today. First they understood everything I said through the drive-thru, and I understood them. They repeated our order, making sure they didn't miss anything. They didn't. When we drove to the window, they were ready to get payment and part of our order was ready, all with a smile. I ordered meals for 6 people. Usually you have to go through the bags, checking that you got everything you asked for... well, this time, they divided the meals in 3 bags (2 meals per bag), making it easier to check it. Order was 100% correct and fast, and although I'm not a Burger King fan, I must say we were happy customers and for that they get 5 stars. Hope this place keeps up the good work and becomes the exception to fast food places thinking "fast food" equals bad service/ badly prepared food. read more

Management and employees have improved within the past year but customers still don't understand how to be patient. Simply informing a customer that the remainder of their order is cooking and will take a couple minutes results in being verbally berated and being told we're incompetent. Filthy, I think this Burger King is in competition with the McDonalds just down the street from them on SR 7 (441), Both are a disgrace as far as cleanliness and shabby service. Went there this past weekend. Went inside and the register wasn't working right so we waited like 20 minutes to get our food and it wasn't even slow to bring right. Then we went shopping at the strip mall and my other son wanted Burger King. To my dismay, we decided to go to the drive thru maybe it would be better. I have tried some of BK's food... It's honestly not that great... If you want to sit down, think not my pants got destroyed from some gum on the seats...
