Murrow, when the New York Times was a "newspaper of record" and the news sections of major papers were reasonably balanced. The Washington Post and Times don't lie, but their omissions of facts and important reporting create the equivalent in bias by omission. Think about this: no major paper revealed Trump's brazen acknowledgment of his strategies in his 2015 campaign book, "Crippled America". He said "I use the media as it uses me - to gain attention. And when I have that attention I use it for my purposes". Can you believe that he went on to say that " I make outrageous statements - and give them what they want . . " Had our media highlighted Trump's support for Democrats and former praise for Barack Obama's first year in office when he announced his candidacy for the Republican nomination, it would have revealed his opportunism and lack of bona fides to conservatives that had increased influence on the Republican party. His campaign might have gone nowhere. Now that Chris Wallace is gone from Fox News it's hopelessly biased and sensation-oriented, lacking the occasional contrary opinions that are carried by the Post and Times. And those two papers have the staff and ability to do massive coverage of major issues when they choose to do so. So I thought Chris P. got our deplorable news situation right. Seeking the conservative perspective, I got far more depth from the Examiner than the Washington Times. Newsmax is so ideological I found it beyond the pale.

I met my cousin for dinner and we spent time before and after exploring the shelf's. Loved the layout and intimate vibe. Everything seems well organized and it all made sense to me and sections were clearly labeled. I enjoyed the bookstore so much I couldn't leave without grabbing at least one book.

I am SO in. We stopped in bc my husband's last name is Kramer and it's spelled the exact same and I saw the brunch/breakfast options and wanted to eat here. We loved it. Tried the avocado toast, brioche French toast and a smash burger and everything was delicious. Service was good, food was out quickly, portions were huge, all A+++. Enjoyed shopping after and will 100% come back. They are very active on Instagram and usually have seasonal specials and neat events.

We were looking for frankincense & hookah items & from the moment we walked in the door, the less than tall & less than slim employee was just rude. Not that this little "news stand" was packed with the hustle & bustle of customers (only 4 in addition to us), so not sure why the attitude. However, the crew wanted some items & since in the area, so here we are. & the guy had the audacity to snatch the items out of my relative's hands & walk it to the counter as if we were thieves The store has a great inventory of almost you can imagine from that a news stand, smoke shop, paraphernalia & homeland keepsakes, unfortunately the horrible customer negates the massive items.
