The piano was delivered on time, the movers were professional and very careful in handling the piano and setting it up. Shortly after that, Jon came to the house and gave the piano its (complementary) post-delivery tuning, which is routine. A small repair needed was taken care of by brother Michael Vincetore who came with his assistant and did the repair promptly. My questions were always answered, and all paperwork and documentation which I requested, was received without delay. I would do business with this family-owned business again. I give them five stars for their courtesy and professionalism.

The first summer after we had bought the piano however, my wife had some trouble with two keys that were slow to spring back. Jeremy came to our house in the Catskills, tuned the piano, removed the piano action, eased all the keys, and tuned the piano again. The piano sounds more incredible than ever, the action is fully responsive, and the key easing was covered by our warranty. Though we've wanted a piano for years, we had looked only casually before being struck by Isaac's philosophy: taking pianos and touching them up or even restoring them to sell to people across a wide range of budgets and skill levels. When we went to his shop, he explained the origin of the pianos he had and what made each different. He graciously let us try everything from a Baldwin spinet to a beautiful late-1800s Steinway (which he knew was NOT in our price range!). We ultimately settled on a warm Charles Walter upright, made by a smaller American company we hadn't been familiar with but that - - besides making great pianos - - has business values we appreciate as a bonus. The piano movers Isaac works with are excellent: they arrived promptly and carefully navigated the piano up several steps through a narrow entrance, in and out within fifteen minutes.
