Visiting Manhattan for the week for work and was looking for a place that had a variety of options since there was a large group of us. Hudson Eats was the perfect accommodation for that! I decided to try the sushi restaurant there and it was fresh and delicious.

Hudson Eats is the other food court, one flight above the very French 'Le District', with kiosks of every type of food to suit every tastes. It's the premier lunch destination for the finance crowd during the week days, less crowded if you can go early before noon, or visit the area on the weekend, although there can be throngs of tourists on any day, at any hour of the day. On average lunch can run you $15 to $25 per person. Not your average price for most hard working folk on a budget, nor the frugal, but it is the type of food court one would expect in the environs of the chic upscale shops which Brookfield Place is home to. Personally, I prefer Le District when I have time to escape from my office demands, but when I do come to Hudson Eats it's for: the delicious spicy pork & chive dumplings, or noodle soup at NORTHERN TIGER, or a crunchy baguette Bánh Mi at NUM PANG, or the occasional Korean fried chicken at David Chang's FUKU (the off spring of Momofuku in the East Village). I am not really a burger person, but I hear UMAMI BURGER is great. Yes, it's all good. Now let's see what you will choose. :) Enjoy!

Convenient and super popular food court for everyone working in the area and tourists. Lines during lunch can get super long but every counter is quite efficient. Though I do recommend ordering ahead if the option is available. This food court has the typical work type foods like Dig Inn, Chopt, Dos Toros, and Num Pang. Seating is plentiful and range from large tables to high chairs to smaller booths. There's lots of natural lighting which is quite refreshing after being trapped in an office all morning.

Anita W's review is most efficient for this place. I won't elaborate much more as I haven't seen the lunch rush yet, but most everything here is a fast casual kind of place. It can be reached through the Oculus for those coming from WTC area. I have reviewed fuku. I will be back to try num pang. They have a few dishes that excite me.

Hudson Eats is one of the best food courts in NYC (although the bar is very low). Lots of fast casual favorites like Fuku, Dig (Inn), Chop't, Mighty Quinn's, Umami Burger, Dos Toros, and Num Pang. But if you want to get fancy, there's also Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar. Try to go early or late because it gets super mobbed during lunch. Or just order ahead with MealPal or some other service.

I work in a nearby office building and this is essentially our workplace cafeteria. I love all of the food here - Blue Ribbon Sushi, Northern Tiger, Skinny Pizza, Chopt and more. The lines during weekday lunch are crazy, especially Dig Inn and Chopt - come before 11:30 for less craziness.

Sooo busy and not enough seating. Great concept but overpriced as well. The lunch rushes seem endless. But it's convenience that wins.

Best food court in NYC !!!…read more I have probably ate at 1,000 different stalls inside the New World Mall food court over the years, so let me be its 1,000th review. Seems fitting. Considering I just did another mini food tour with my friends today, this place has been my go to for a quick bite in Flushing since its inception. Not a whole lot of the stalls have lasted over the years, but a handful remain, while the new entrants keeps the food court interesting. Below is the current list of vendors as of May 2025. I also added my favorite item from some of my usual spots. #2 Chongqing Zaier (Yunnan) #3 Ke Lai Qin (Hunan) - chili fish head #4 Joe's Steam Rice Roll (Cantonese) - shrimp roll #5 Tarim Uyghur Cuisine (Uyghur) - lamb skewer #6 A Zhong (Taiwanese) - thread noodle soup #7 Kung Fu Tea (Boba Shop) #8 Grilled Squid (Korean, Chinese) #9 Xiao Luo Luo (Guanxie) #10 Xiang Ba Ye (Hunan) #11 Piaoxiang Yuan (Dongbei) - potato noodles #12 Tiger Sugar (Boba Shop) - black sugar milk tea #13 Gong Cha (Boba Shop) #14 Lanzhou Handmade Noodle (Lanzhou) #16 Laoma Ma La Tang (Szechuan) - mixed dry pot #18 Eight Beautitudes (Korean) #19 Chong Qung Xiao Mian (Szechuan) - spicy noodle #20 Yozi Duck Vermicelli Soup (Shanghai) - duck soup #21 Nai Brother (Szechuan) - sauerkraut fish #22 Mr. Pang (Taiwanese) #23 Ramen & Udon (Japanese) #24 Tian Fu (Szechuan) #25 Chick Rocks (Chicken Shop) #26 Mojoilla Fresh (Taiwan) - egg waffle #27 Royal Queen (Cantonese) - roast meats #28 Xi'an Cuisines (Xian) - lamb burger #29 Liu Liu Sheng Jian (Shanghai) - soup dumplings #30 C/K Dumplings & Noodles (Dongbei) - dumplings #31a O'Sun Teriyaki (Japanese) #31b Wang's Beef Offal House (Cantonese) - beef I do wish this place was cleaner, smells better and have free wifi service. However, I'm here for the great food options and can overlook quite a bit. Therefore, though there are shortcomings, I block it all out and just enjoy what they do offer, which is large variety of delicious cuisines from around China/Asia.

It's always a home run for me, and it's hard to find some of these foods outside of chinatown areas Staff and vendors here are so sweet and friendly. Service is relatively fast too. Food court has a lot of seating. You'll likely be able to find a seat if you have a smaller party, may have to squeeze in with another table. Restrooms available as well

Urban Hawker isn't a restaurant, but a food hall with lots of Singaporean and Malaysian food vendors. This means lots of different options to choose from. :) We split a Hainanese chicken rice plate and an order of chicken and lamb skewers, both of which tasted very yummy. While we also wanted to try a dessert, the dessert stall we were interested in was unmanned. We were also feeling pretty full from our main lunch items.

From my initial impression, I was honestly kind of underwhelmed. When I first entered, it seemed like a ghost town with so many of the tables empty like it had just opened minutes ago. Towards the later evening after 6:30-7pm, it started to get packed towards the back. This food hall consisted of several stalls mostly Singaporean & Indian cuisines - with some hint of Filipino, Chinese, Malaysian , etc. You order, find a table and pick up your food when it's ready. [Just note that some dishes come out in plastic containers as if you are taking it to-go even though you are dining in]. I opted for a Singaporean spot called Prawnaholic and opted for the #3 HOKKIEN MEE. Don't get me wrong, it was good. But I'm not sure that the dish was that good to equate the cost in terms of portion size or taste. Maybe if it was slightly cheaper, I could make sense of coming back, but otherwise, I think I would prefer buying other dishes elsewhere. Overall, I find that price are high (typical midtown prices for foods) for average tasting foods. I personally was okay with trying it once and would prefer other food options as opposed to this food hall.
