Despite knowing that they will be busy, the kitchen fails over and over again to adequately prepare for the amount of customers walking in the door. The kitchen will randomly shutdown without any notification to the customers that they're doing so. Management will repeatedly lie to customers that the kitchen is open, but when you arrive the kitchen is closed. Management has no idea how to effectively communicate with customers.
