He's helped me figure out that the gym was aggravating my issues and pointed me towards reformer style pilates to help with my bad habits and to cope with my quasi-desk job (I do a lot of heavy lifting/walking around too!). Anyhow, their prices are affordable compared to say, one of those franchise type places-- and they're flexible with you on how much time/money you want to spend too. The owner, Rebecca, is a sweet person. -My only area I'd like them to improve is more sound deadening for the rooms. You can hear people talking, and walking in and out of the building which can be jarring when you're trying to relax your muscles. :P

Not only are the massage therapists extremely skilled, knowledgeable, and well trained in their craft, but they know how to educate clients on types of exercises and stretches to do at home to continue the healing process. I'm so thankful for the therapy I receive at Massage District. It really is the best medical massage in the metroplex.

Made an appointment with Rebecca, figuring she's had her business at the same location for over 20 years, so she must be pretty good. If you don't know sciatica is caused by a pinched nerve, with pain radiating from your back down your leg, and it's as painful as it sounds. Being where the pain is, I was afraid I'd sound like a creeper so was hesitant to go see a massage therapist. Rebecca was very professional, and worked hard on my whole back. It was one of the best massages I've ever had in my life. The next day I was in way less pain than I had been in weeks. I would highly recommend Rebecca and her Massage Therapy Center to anyone any time.

All you have to do is tell her you've just been on a long flight.... or that you sit in a chair in front of a computer for 10 hours a day... or that you've been doing a lot of work at your house and are sore... She'll find it and fix it! Even if you don't feel something out of whack, she always seems to find something that you didn't know needed to be worked out...and you leave feeling so much better than when you arrived! And ladies who are "blessed" up top -- Karen has a great chest pillow for when you're lying face down. If you've been to other massage places, you probably know most of them aren't that thoughtful. I've also had a handle of surgeries, leaving behind thise ugly scars. She introduced me to the neurostim! At first, I was very skeptic. But the pain from a knot in my neck just stopped after 10 mins of using it! She did the Vegus nerve to help me sleep... (yeah right! I get 4 to 5 hours if I'm lucky!). Well I got almost 8 hours of sleep last night AND I went straight to sleep without taking anything to help. Now, if that isn't enough to convince you, she also worked on my c section scar (I've had 2). It felt like a tight rope. One session! It already feels completely different! So much softer and not as "thick" as it was! Definitely would need multiple more.... but this treatment works! Thank you so much Cassy for everything!
