The only downside is after the promotional period the storage rates go up. I have the smallest unit and I currently pay 135/month. For me that's a lot but at least I know my things are safe and won't get damaged. Definitely a great choice but I look forward to move out date to save money in this crazy economy lol. Not at fault to the storage. Everyone's prices are high but at least this one follows through on quality!

The manager called and fit my move in but because they were 2 hours away, it would be late in the evening. 2 hours later the manager called and stated the driver had an emergency and they could not move me but he would send me back to the location in my area and they would move me at 8 or 9 am the next day. I cancelled because I had a strong feeling I was going to be disappointed again. I should have listened to the reviews. I am not the only person this has happened to.

During the packing the company employees stole three Amazon TV FireSticks from me, as well as some…read moreSamsung S8 phones. I confronted the company owner about this and told him that I wanted my property back. He told me that would pay for the property's value and that the person responsible would no longer be working there. I received a check for $85 for the FireSticks. They also damaged two drawers from an antique desk from England. The owner took these drawers and had them repaired satisfactorily. The point is, they should have been more careful and the drawers should have been taken out and wrapped in shrink wrap and blankets so they would not fall out when the desk was picked up. Also, when the repaired drawers were finally delivered to me, the owner brought along the employee that I believe stole the FireSticks from me! He was obviously never let go! The man is a thief and a con man! The owner is a sincere guy when he is giving you a quote for moving, he wants your business. When they show up to do the work, however, they goof off, they are careless with your belongings, they steal from you, your items get broken. He does not deserve to be in the moving business! Moving is a difficult time all by itself. You need a company and people you can trust. This is NOT that company. Stay away from this company, you will live to regret it!

I never ordered a POD. My neighbor did. Yet somehow, a PODS delivery driver drove up MY…read moredriveway--despite my house number being clearly visible in two places--and drove the passenger side of the truck and POD through my lawn. She left a deep rut in our yard that my 3-year-old and I now regularly trip and roll our ankles on getting in and out of our car. She also broke the cap off a plumbing cleanout that was installed barely a year ago, which we had to replace ourselves. We have CAMERA FOOTAGE showing the truck on our property and in our lawn. PODS denied our damage claim anyway because, apparently, their driver simply said she didn't do it. So to recap: I wasn't even a PODS customer. Their driver went to the wrong house, drove through my lawn, damaged my property, and PODS decided the driver's denial mattered more than photographic evidence. Mistakes happen. Driving to the wrong house can be a mistake. Refusing to take responsibility for the damage you caused afterward is a choice. Absolutely shameful customer service--and again, I WASN'T EVEN THEIR CUSTOMER.
