During our conversation, she repeatedly spoke over me and seemed more focused on insisting she was correct rather than listening to the facts being presented to her. I felt there was a clear lack of respect and professionalism. Additionally, they hang up on you to have the last word. When I asked to speak with someone above them, I was hung up on again, which was frustrating. This is not the type of customer service I would expect or allow from my own team. I am unsure whether any action will be taken by the owners, Marcie and Greg Lynch, but I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as the behavior I encountered is not reflective of good customer service or strong business practices and is completely unacceptable!

Abe's was open until 5pm. Special shoutout to Cindy- she was SO kind, helpful, and hospitable. Not only did she quell my stress and anxiety, but she knew I am a W&M student and gave me a discount. She walked me through everything, was very transparent about prices, fees, hours, and processes, and personally showed me my unit.
