I would give zero stars if it were possible. As my recent experience with Brenda Brady and staff, was extremely disappointing. During our conversation, she repeatedly spoke over me and seemed more focused on insisting she was correct rather than listening to the facts being presented to her. I felt there was a clear lack of respect and professionalism. Additionally, they hang up on you to have the last word. When I asked to speak with someone above them, I was hung up on again, which was frustrating. This is not the type of customer service I would expect or allow from my own team. I am unsure whether any action will be taken by the owners, Marcie and Greg Lynch, but I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as the behavior I encountered is not reflective of good customer service or strong business practices and is completely unacceptable! read more

I have not had any complaints about Airtight Self Storage. They have been helpful and professional. It is a tad more than some of the other places I looked but it is more convenient to our house and easier to get in and out of. I notice that a lot of the complaints here are from years ago so maybe something has changed. read more

This company has horrible customer service. I set up automatic payments and was still charged a late fee when the payment didn't go through. This issue could have easily been resolved but instead, I was told by the manager that it was my fault that auto payment was never set up. read more

The customer service is very good. It is easy for me to make payments every month by calling the front desk and having them charge my credit card in the system. Access is 24/7. The units are pretty clean and convenient. I cannot think of anything bad to say about this business. I would recomment. read more

I am moving out of the area, so I won't be able to work with Airtight Self Storage again in the future, but I would give them my business again in a heartbeat if I could. They were so great to work with! They offered a free truck with move-in, which is a great deal. That was the deal that got us in the office, but once we were there we just really liked their company. They are really reasonably priced, they send reminder emails every billing cycle, they keep an eye on your unit and will call if there is anything out of the usual. This place has incompetent management, with terrible communication skills. Their automatic payment system malfunctioned and after skipping one month, it took more than it was supposed to the next. Over the phone, the manager said she wasn't able to access my records, and said she would call back. After not doing so, I showed up in person only to be told she couldn't access anything at that location. She assured me a call when she worked it out, and, almost a month later, no call and no solution. read more

I would give this company 0 stars if I had the option. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! We rented a spot to park our RV off Rochambeau Drive in Williamsburg. 99% of the time we try to enter our code the electronic gate won't open then we always have a hard time reaching someone to get them to open the gate. The first spot we were assigned to park our RV was surrounded by junk and trash and wasn't level. We asked to be moved to a different spot and actually had Rebecca come to the lot and assign us a specific spot. After parking in that spot for a few months, we AGAIN couldn't get thru the gate after entering our code. After several attempts, we finally got thru to someone who told us we were using the wrong code to enter the gate because we had been parking in the wrong spot so they took it upon themselves to change our code without any notification. When we tried to explain we had been parking in the spot assigned by Rebecca for several months there was no apology for the mix up but instead they put the blame on us. Rebecca or the girl that runs the office is as rude as they come and should not be in a customer service type of job. We do not recommend anyone using this company unless they are ok with terrible customer service. read more
