The floors look clean, there are no funky smells, the washers are less than 30 mins (medium drum) and they do have small, medium and large options! Which is super nice. It cost about little over $6 for the washers but they are fast and clean! All washers looked ready for use and not nasty and sketchy! The driers take only some change, I think $0.79, and last for 10 mins! They also have the basket wagons to use and clean tables to fold your laundry. PLENTY of space to fold. There is also a little kids table with books for them to read and sit. ‼ TO USE WASHERS AND DRIERS: ‼ You have to get a card and fill it with money on the back wall where the screens are. Super easy and simple to use, they take cash or card and it'll give you a soaps N suds card to use for both washers and driers! If we end up needing to do laundry here again, I would definitely come back and recommend this place to others!

The attendant is always angry, walking around and muttering angry things under her breath. I went this morning to do my laundry, keeping my baskets on my folding table to keep the aisles clear. I had a lot of laundry to fold and sort and took up two tables that were connected. This was around 7:30 am when there were very few people around. The attendant tells me that I have to move my laundry. I asked why. She said that she needs the table. With my laundry splayed out along both tables I said, "But all the other tables are available. You can use those. I'm not moving." She says, "I'm the manager, and I need this table since it's close to the office." I said, "Well I'm the customer and I need to fold laundry. You can't wait ten minutes for me to finish?" It was a very weird confrontational experience that felt like bullying. If the table has to be reserved for employees, then why isn't there a sign or something? I think she just wanted to pick a fight because she's a miserable human being. She has always had a bad attitude.

They raised the price for 30 pounds of laundry to $16.95 in October, then to $19.50 in February--almost a 1/3 increase in just a few months--and didn't bother to tell me either time until they brought my laundry back and charged me the new, higher rate. Although the price increase was troubling, the decline in service was more worrisome. I recently got back a load with a substantial number of items (luckily underwear, for the most part) looking like they had been tie-dyed because (or so I assume) they had added bleach to the load, or used a washer that still had bleach in it. And I don't know if they switched to a cheaper detergent, but my workout clothes started coming back as smelly as when I sent them out, despite my request that they attempt to get the smell out. They are convenient, I'll give them that, but I'm looking for a new service now. If my clothes stink even before I break a sweat there's not much point in getting them washed.

Well it was my fault for not doing an inspection after cleaning it. It was on the hanger in the plastic with receipt stapled to bag. Cost me more than 8 dollars and it is not clean and wearable. I think they forgot to clean it altogether. Never again will I go to this dry cleaners. Just for the heck of it I went to swan cleaners with my sweater and receipt in hand and asked about it. They said they would clean it again but not discounted so they will clean again if I pay again. No thank you. People don't do what I did check your things upon pickup. I will never go here again, even though I should have looked before leaving.

When I arrived they said she was not available 4 days out the week, including the day I had asked earlier about. Finally was able to bring my item into the seamstress, and they said it was unfixable. However I brought it into another store, and it was fixed within the week. Dry cleaning and steaming capabilities are ok. Takes a few days, but gets the job adequately done. Some larger, tough stains were unable to be removed from clothing however. Only go out of convenient proximity, emergency cases, or light dry cleaning needs. Otherwise spend the time and money elsewhere.
