TERRIBLE! I wouldn't suggest this place to my worst enemy! It was a joke. Not only was our food incredibly late for our scheduled pick up order. They offered me a "free water" for my wait. I just asked them to please just get the drinks I ordered. I will say they were al very polite up until they didn't put something in our bag that was supposed to be in it and literally made me walk all the way back out to my truck in the cold on the opposite side of the parking lot to bring the bag back In to prove I'm not lying about a side of hash brown casserole. I think that's the first time I've ever been accused of lying about a side dish. But once I proved it then they walked into the kitchen and found it. Like why instead of making me go get everything to bring back inside to prove I'm not lying to you mind you my husband was in the truck eating his food I had to take it from him to show them everything in the bag. They walked into the out hen and found it right away. She was apologizing but literally went back and forth with me o. Weather or not it was in there until I offered to go get it to prove it. Idk. The food was greasy. And tasteless and the hash brown casserole was horrific. I took one bite and spit it out. It was that bad. And I heard them apologizing over and over again for different reasons to other customers the entire time I was I. There. Someone needs to come in and get ahold of that place because it's falling apart. Literally. I mean I don't expect 5 star service from a huddle house but common sense and a little customer service education could go a really long way there. But they were nice mostly. I feel bad I don't usually post negative reviews but his was ridiculous. I've never and never will I again. read more

Well, heard of this place and never had time to stop but today we stopped and checked the place out; it's 24/7 so that's cool, also the two girls working and the male cook were nice they were very fast and answered all my questions and told me what was good and was there favorite. I really enjoyed my food, and in the picture that's what I got, and i can't lie it was amazing and well great. I will definitely be back and try it. Honestly, they are so slow; for a second I saw the staff moving in reverse . I kid you not. I have patience when I go out. But I swear " I just knew Ashton Kutcher was gonna jump out with cameras ". The service was extremely slow! I had ordered a curbside pickup and it took over an hour to have the food out, which I had to walk in to get instead of getting it at the curbside!! I had finally gotten the food but they still forgot some items and I had to wait even longer!! People that pulled in and walked in to eat were out before I even got my food! I guess the salad that was delivered was bad so we had to order something else, the food came out all at different times. It's sad food, it just looks sad on the plate. We were the only table occupied in the place and still couldn't get the order right. Told us they'd take the hash browns and biscuits and gravy off our check and didn't. We just stopped here on our way home; first time at a Huddle House. There isn't much to choose from on this strip of highway so this was a welcome sign to see! Our server-I didn't catch her name, I'm a terrible person-was a woman w long dark hair, probably 35-40, and absolutely sweet as can be. She seemed to be waiting on most of the place herself, but she stayed running & kept our glasses full and extras coming (ketchup, syrup, etc). A lot of honeys and darlings, which normally don't come off as natural as hers did-I think she's just a sweet southern lady! :-) The food was about what I would expect, it tasted a lot like the Waffle Houses I have been to. Nothing extraordinary, nothing to complain about. All around we had eggs, bfast meats, toasts, waffles, pancakes. All cooked like we asked, and good enough. I didn't care for the waffle or pancake but I'm a hard sell on those! Ample parking, it seemed clean enough, seated and ordering food within about 5 minutes. Good experience here! read more

My name is Ayden and I judge food for food. I expect my food to be Good, Fast, Cheap, and with Friend Servers in a Clean place. Just because there was a bad customer or two dining near me or something the Resteraunt or Employees could not control, like laws and other stuff. I judge the Resteraunt and Food not laws and people.... Ive been here before and this is the only Huddle House I have ever ate at, but ive only ate here 3 other times. Now for places to eat in Hamilton it is in my book, a somewhat close runner up to the best place Deneila's Pizza. ..Pros.. Fast service Good food. Very friendly employees that are not just nice and hope for a tip... Ltend to tip bigger here cuz they work hard to get good food fast. And better than any place around Hamilton. ..Cons.. Kind of pricey And unless your on the Interstate, you have to go out of town about 5 miles. ..Additional notes.. Everyone claims it is a clone of Dennys, and is just as good in my book I havent ever ate at any other Huddle House but several Dennys, though there isnt one near Hamilton, it is just as good place to eat at. read more

Well done bacon, hash browns scattered and cooked crispy well through arrived limp bacon and hash browns barely brown on top. I have eaten at the Huddle House many times while visiting my grandparents from Florence, AL. The food is a lot like Waffle House. The waffles are the BEST EVER! Awful experience! The silverware ,not just one but all of our silverware, had dried food on it. It was dirty. The food was OK. But when we got up to pay, our bill for two adults and two children was over $50. We asked what in the world, and the lady said because we had ordered a grilled cheese on the side, to go with our child's pancakes that we had to pay for an entire grill cheese plate. So an eight-year-old had to be charged for two kids plates even though that was not told to us and he did not get anything except the grill cheese and some pancakes. Strange things such as that or the reason why we had a 50 something dollar bill to eat at a huddle house. Not to mention it was sketchy when they make change out of a change purse at the register. You go to the register to pay and instead of opening up the drawer they pull out a little purse. Not a bank bag but a purse. Never again read more

Stopped through on my way to Atlanta for lunch. Never been to a Huddle House, but reminded me of a southern version of a Denny's. Pros: Good Food. Clean. Very Friendly southern hospitality and customer service. CONS: Personal hygiene of the staff was very questionable. (E.G. Server had chunks of dried mucus in her nose and all servers had very bad acne) Overall good experience. read more

I come here often because it's the only 24 hour eating establishment and I am a night owl. I would have left 2 stars but the night waitress was worth the extra star. She is truly the only thing that keeps me coming back. They have been known to mess up orders but they've always made it right in the end and the food is okay but definitely greasy and heavy. Never been to a Huddle House and will probably never go back. There was hardly anyone in the restaurant and all the tables were dirty. The roof was leaking in various places, including on our table. The staff was not very friendly and they failed to mention until after we were about to order, that their fryer was broken. Their potatoes were still hard and the bacon was cold. My mom and I were driving up from Birmingham, AL to Jackson, TN to be with my grandmother. We'd just flown in from Arizona. Anyways, we were tired and hungry. So, when we saw Huddle House (and we've both eaten in them before), we decided to stop in. I forgot that not all places are like here in Arizona where smoking is banned, so that's the first thing that hit me when we walked in. I have asthma, but my hunger was stronger, so we stayed. We were the only other two eating besides a couple of old ladies who left shortly after we got there. Our waitress was busy carrying on a conversation pretty much the whole time we were there and forgot to get my drink. My mom reminded her, but at the point, I didn't care anymore. The food was good and quick, but the service was just so-so. I doubt we'd stop here again since after we'd driven a little farther after eating we saw more places. Anyways, it's an average restaurant with prices that rival Denny's or IHOP. read more
