This place is similar to Waffle House. It's a comfy diner near Walmart. It's nothing extraordinary but you can get breakfast all day long. The restroom was clean & the dining area was clean. Our server was nice. She may have been the only one working while we visited. The hash browns were undercooked. I asked to have them reheated. The new plate was overcooked. The eggs were great. Stopped in on a Sunday, just before 11am. Plenty people inside but we got a booth which was great. Our 5 year old loved the fries an Mac n cheese. Wife an I got platters. Pancakes were good. Filthy! Not sure how this place passes any inspection. Waiting for my carry out order, I watched repeatedly, biscuits being tossed directly into a microwave covered in food particles. Pans being stacked on top of each other and reusing them without washing them, it was gross. So we went in and waited, made eye contact with 1 server behind the counter, she ignored us, a second walked past us, again ignored. So we waited. No one acknowledged us. 2 more servers behind the counter at the far end, gawked at us but said nothing. We looked at each other, thinking we were missing something. Waited for 10 minutes behind a group of four before deciding to go around them and sit at the two open spots at the counter area. Was very rudely asked by the waitress asking if I just went around people. I was very apologetic and replied that the people ahead of us were waiting for a booth and we thought the counter was open seating. We were more willing to go back and wait if needed. After she asked the group of four if they wanted to sit in the two open seats at the counter and they said no, she proceeded to very rudely tell me that she needed to clean the spots off first. I was in the restaurant when DebraLee H. was there and let me tell y'all SHE was the one with the bad attitude! She called her server a "trashy bitch" cuz she works at Huddle House.... But u eat here so what's that make you? Brittany, the server, was as sweet as pie and she was in tears when this lady left! Be proud of yourself Debra, you made a sever cry, that's a difficult task to accomplish! The manager comped her entire family's meal and she still wasn't happy, all because they couldn't DEEP FRY HER BACON! Her poor family was visibly embarrassed but this KAREN didn't care! Very disappointing this visit. Ordered a pickup dinner for hubby and salad for me. Had to literally heat hubby's mashed potatoes. Ordered extra bacon on my salad which was totally burnt ! Tipped the full amount due to hard times covid. Called back and spoke to a manager who offered to replace my meal. No thanks, I'm not looking for something FREE or replaced. My parents and my husband went to huddle house yesterday and we had a waitress named Linda she was very rude to my mother at the end when it came time to pay. My parents live on disability so she's lucky she even got a tip since she wanted to be rude and have an attitude the whole time we were there. My mother told her to put a 5$ tip on her check and the waitress (linda) said u want me to put a 5$ tip on a 62$ check? seriously!" I think that was very rude and very disrespectful. This isn't the first time she has done this. I'm sorry we didn't have 20$ to give her a tip maybe if she had a 20$ attitude she may have gotten more than 5$. read more

This place does breakfast very well. Whenever I am visiting my parents Mom and I come here for a quick breakfast and bring some home for Dad. It is always packed on the weekends and that means something! Locals love this place and so do I! Get your hash browns all the way and you won't be disappointed. A coffee shop in the Denny's tradition, but with really good food. The waitress was the image of Aretha Franklin in Blues Brothers- "Best damn fried chicken in the State !" My patty melt was two patties, lots of cheese and fries either sweet potato or the Idaho "pomme de terre" variety. The rest of my group was very happy with their choices. I try to take my 98 year old Dad out at least once a week, on more than once occasion, someone who works there has seen us getting out of the car (he is in a wheelchair) and has come out to help!
