I order extra chicken on my salad every time and it is forgotten 75% of the time. I asked for it this time because it was clearly not in the salad, and was met with a very rude employee with purple hair. I was then given the small amount of chicken that I paid $2.50 for. absolutely the slowest drive thru on the face of the earth. waited 20 minutes with 3 cars in front of me. ridiculous!!!

We were motivated by the .50 special on small frostys. The drive through was pretty quick. The employees were outgoing and nice.

Stopped after church on Sunday to get a breakfast sandwich and when we ordered them we were told that the special is only good when you use the app. We stopped again on Monday to get a bowl of chili and the dining room is closed due to lack to workers. I truly understand thats it's hard to find people that want to work, but, when a store has the attitude that this one does its really sad. I'm done with this Wendy's and I hope when they go out of business that someplace that really wants to service the community opens up a fast food restaurant. read more

Really enjoy this Wendy's. Fastest food in Bedford. Typically get a warm friendly welcome. Service is good, food is good. I really enjoy the Chili. Manager is friendly and easy to talk with. Place is clean and well run. Updated 2018. Stopped going here. Customers getting food poisoning, employees mentioning lots of internal issues about how food and processes are being handled. danvon the african american manager with dreads..and the african american lady whom is a manager to gave us issues today in drive thru ...we ordered from a business and we give wendys alot of money and some things were made wrong and brought it to there attention.. so amir remade a single awhile back that someone put mustard on..then here recent they never made anything fresh when i ordered last time so today 1/15/19 around 1pm i showed danavon the email from amir supposley hes the gm amir is..so danavon or however you spell hes name was very rude shut the drive thru window in our face then thats when the drive thru girl said pull up so i get to were the pick up window is and both managers just as loud and rude as can be he goes what do you need..mind you we just paid for a meal we wanted fresh also ..that wasnt fresh.. the nuggets he was supposed to remake fresh he threw in a bag handed it to me and said hes telling amir to stop this mess and was so rude about it so mind you i got these nuggets i can break a winsheild with there so hard the frys was cold... i was tempted to go back inside and tell them but there attitudes would cause a scene and i was trying to be professional and respectful to others but someone needs to put them back into training because there poor managers and i will reach corporate or to a franchise about these to because we do got proof of how rude he was even the girl in drive thru said it to...i guess they dont understand we ordered for different people so when they make something wrong that person complains not us the ones that go get the food but i will surley let everyone know about them 2..they are not respectful never apologized never asked me what I wanted never greeted me just was rude from the start. Everytime i go here they mess my order up. My daughter loves Wendys so she wants to go here often. Just yesterday we ordered a 4 piece nugget and a jr cheeseburger plain. We went thru drivethru as we usually do. Got the nugget no burger but fries. They are always very unfriendly and never put napkins or straws in your bag. The one girl who always works the drivethru is so rude and mean looking. Food is cold even when you ask for it fresh. read more

After ordering at "her Wendy's", I simply asked if the "natural kemonade" had sugar in it, to which I was answered I DON'T KNOW . I said ok and proceeded to the pay window to be greeted by, I didn't take your order but the drinks are already made, so yeah they have sugar. I'm just struck by how such a simple request could rile someone up . I LOVE their salads, but there ARE other places close by that also offer salads. Disappointed. read more

Really good food. I have ate in and used the drive through. Only problem I have is when you go through drive through they give you one straw no matter how many drinks you order. read more
