The chicken had clearly been grilled to order and was cooked long past done. It was a dry, flavorless morass. The flavorless "stuffing" was unlike any other stuffing I've ever had, but it clearly had been cooked in the past and was just bad. The promised hot honey was MIA. My sweet potato casserole had likely been sitting in the cooler until scooped up, thrown in a serving tray and moved to the oven. If the casserole had been freshly prepared it would have been excellent, but as served it was lukewarm, unattractively presented and tasted like leftover sweet potato casserole that was past its prime. My dining companion tried the corn pudding and thought it wasn't bad but it also looked like it was dredged up from the cooler. Olde Liberty Station's kitchen is in need of an overhaul.
