Most book stores are considered a calm and relatively quiet place and, at least on this day, was not the case. On the bottom floor of the bookstore (with GREAT acoustics, mind you) sat two people who were having such a loud conversation that it echoed throughout the entire place. Not the worst thing I suppose but this convo happened to be full of f-bombs and just generally negative and nasty comments. Kinda put a damper on my experience-- maybe a few signs asking for low voices on the bookstore side?

From the yarn manufacturer's web site I could not tell which solid and variegated color looks good with a variegated one. I called AlpacaDirect and was told Kelly was the best one to tell me. I talked to Kelly who pulled the yarn in question with others that coordinate well. She also had a picture of the yarns texted to me so I could see for myself.
