This was a sweet little jewel in Post Falls. Sought it out specifically during a short Mother's Day weekend. We are three female relatives interested in yummies not usually available as we are from three different states. It is a small crowded shop with huckleberry treasures. The shop attendant was friendly and helpful. Parking seemed limited. We would go back and did take an order form. read more

Kind of cute store, however I was extremely put off and uncomfortable at the dozen of violent signs and stickers for sale. Many of these violent signs were saying that they would shoot and kill someone, had pictures of guns pointing at you, inciting gun violence. I'm sure some people wouldn't find these alarming, but for a store that's supposed to be all about huckleberries, I was expecting cute things. Instead, I'm greeted with gross signs with guns. It's just very distasteful and disturbing. It was not welcoming at all and made me want to leave right away. read more

This place is fabulous! I'm up here in Post Falls for a work trip and the wonderful woman working here has been great! Immediately upon entering the store she greeted my coworker and I. Asked if we were familiar and when we said no, she explained how they make their own jams, gave us samples of truffles and when we left, gave us bag of huckleberry popcorn in the house. You don't get this kind of service in most places nowadays and it was a treat! The variety of items to look through was great. f I could rate this place zero stars I would but that would be doing a disservice to the EMPLOYEES here. The employees work extremely hard, I've noticed over the course of the previous year (2019 into 2020) there are only 3 women that work here full time. It seems other employees are harder to keep, the retention rate of employees at this store seems to be low. Perhaps the reason is the OWNER. I know for a fact the owner lies about ingredients, whether it be amounts of huckleberry in her products or the fact that there is any huckleberry at all. If you are looking for genuine huckleberry products you need to come here during the actual growing and harvesting season for huckleberries. Otherwise you don't get what you pay for. A lot of the products are cut with mixtures of other berries or blueberries. I get it, huckleberry is a little bit pricier. But it's concerning when you consider some customers might have food allergies or sensitivities? The coffee here is mostly Kirkland brand, the rest is huckleberry coffee. The products are mostly made in store with a few exceptions but I can promise you they cut costs by cutting things with other berry flavors or store bought food ingredients if they can. On top of it all, the owner had those same 3 employees working the first blizzard in January 2020, and the heater was BROKEN!!! How could any good owner make their employees work in 30 degrees with no heat????? I would never support this owner. Please don't shop here. Not to mention the owner and employees do not like masks, go ahead and ask them and they'll be sure to tell you. read more

The best customer service that exists. Greeted me walking in and were incredibly helpful in putting together gift boxes for my family. They actually had the various sizes of pre-paid boxes from the post office so I could see what fits and total cost. They will also ship for you via UPS as desired. The cashier was very knowledgeable about the product being sold and how to use them. She also was very friendly and gave off a very kind countenance. She knew of the local travel areas and was a great host. I bought huckleberry jam, honey, and chocolates from this place. All tasted delicious ! read more
