Since my first review we have come here several times. My child, first of all, loves it here, and we have come here to celebrate two years in a row. The people who work here and run the place are epically wonderful. They are so enthusiastic and kind and do wonders to make sure all guests are having the best time. They are probably not celebrated enough, they make this establishment a real community. Second of all, since the first visit, we have tried the pizza and the food. I swear, this is the absolute best pizza in the area! We crave this pizza. You would have thought this sort of place produced amazing pies, especially since their corporate Chuck E Cheese is known for horrible pizza. This place is amazing. They have buy one get one on all pizzas. The crust alone is crispy and chewy and flavorful. And the crust is what really makes or breaks a pizza. We have had their BLT and BBQ chicken pizza's twice. We always order a lot to take home since this place is a bit far. Honestly, I should order a couple extra whole pizzas to take home next time, it is that good. We also like the boneless chicken nuggets. We got a plain and my favorite garlic parm with a side of BBQ sauce. I love their nuggets, and one of the friends gave the chicken top ratings since he cannot have the pizza. We also got some pops and a beer. I don't love Pepsi, but somehow the soda fountain pop tastes so satisfying. So, to be sure, we will be back soon. read more

I went here with my grandma and two little cousins we spent 100 dollars to get ripped off with the toys we got we could have spent 25¢ don't get me me wrong it was fun to play the games but when I was a little girl I could get 80 tokens for $10 overall I had fun but don't recommend it mainly because everything is overpriced read more

Sorry folks but this place needs a serious update. Outdated and sticky are the best two adjectives to describe the attractions and decor. The back door (right next to the bathroom) was completely propped open due to the ac not working. When I brought up the safety concern to the security guard he told me, "watcha gonna do? Parents need to keep a better eye on their kids." While I agree that parents need to be responsible, little ones can slip away quickly & places such as these usually control the entry points to increase safety since it's geared towards kids. Guess the security guard is there to cut down on rowdy ghetto behavior and not actual patron safety. read more

No breadsticks, so I waited an extra 15 mins, my time evidently isn't valuable to them. Manager was running the roles in the front, as 2 of her workers stood around, complaining about having to work. I Couldn't believe half of the kids in there! They didn't make it clear where the drive through was, so I was forced to get out of my car. I walked in and ordered 2 Xl mushroom and olive pizza's(it was my cheat day). I had just sat down to enjoy when I felt something hit my back. I thought nothing of it and kept eating. A few minutes later I was eating my last slice of pizza and was about to go play some stacker, when I felt the same thing hit my back. I turned around and saw a bunch of hooligans laughing at me. I felt around between my rolls of fat and uncovered two skee-balls. I got even more annoyed when the kids started calling me names such as "mountain troll" and "lard lover". I couldn't believe these kids had already ruined my time there. I was getting up to leave and started fastening up my fanny pack when I felt another skee-ball hit me. I turned around and saw all the kids running toward me armed with skee-balls. I ran to the crazy maze as fast as my walker would carry me I got stuck about a quarter of the way into the tubes. The kids started hitting me with skee-balls while I was stuck in there, yelling those names at me. They finally left and I whipped out my Nokia and called up one of the gals. She dragged me out of the tube and helped get out all the skee-balls under my fat-rolls. I thanked her kindly and headed home to warsh up for supper. read more

Awesome place for kids to go and enjoy. There are many games like skee ball, arcade games, and even small rides for the youngins. They also have a huge maze/ball pit area for the bigger kids. A stage is in the center where a musical number played by puppets entertains viewers every 30 minutes or so. Besides all this they serve the best pizza. This place has been around for decades and it's because of the small family owned feeling it presents. A great place to just stop by and treat your kids while you enjoy a slice. read more

The dining experience here is fantastic. There's a certain ambiance that hat just screams "classy". As do the mullet bearing children running around this fine establishment located in the bustling metropolis that is Genesee, Michigan. In all seriousness though, the pizza is pretty damn good in my humble opinion. I like my pizza average, and this place has delivered such pies since I was a wee child. The Jabron family have a winner on their hands... Go play some Skee-Ball, get cheated on tickets, enjoy some pizza with a pitcher of Coke and laugh at the hysterical familial interactions that are bound to be taking place. I have fond memories of visiting this location for many a birthday party past and it seems a lot different than I remembered. Huckleberry is a smaller version of Chuck E Cheese. They have a stage where motorized puppets periodically appear from behind a curtain and rock out a song or two. They have arcade games, skee ball, a crazy maze (tunnels and tubes), and a few games that an adult might be able to stomach (i.e. Deal or No Deal). They don't have a whole lot of games at all but their saving grace is that they do provide great party services. Their pizza is good and so is the cake they give you for birthday parties. It's also not nearly as crowded as Chuck E Cheese. I think it's a great alternative for kids but not so fun for adults. read more

Lotta memories are tied up in the Junction. Probably 1/2 of all my friends had a birthday party here at one point and the other half dressed up as the birthday Bunny. Back in the 80's this place used to be wall to wall video games. They probably had over 100 games. During lunch break in high school we'd come over here for pizza and to play more video games. Any kid can be an instant badass by adding a cool video game. Fact. Pizza has always bee reliable and now they sling beer. Make that Bud Light but it's still in the beer family. The Animatronic band is a group of Confederates which is odd for a town like Flint but hey, it works. Many of the video games are gone now and replaced with more games of "chance" and skee-ball. it's more little kid friendly with the ball crawl and crazy maze. But if your lucky you can drop a few tokens in the Bling King and snag yourself some choice fake golds for ya neck. Don't be hatin'. I come out of that place lookin' like a played out Mr. T. Hell, I'm just glad the place hasn't burned down yet. I wanna go back when I'm in town...It hasn't burned down has it? read more

I have been coming to Huckleberry Junction since I was a little kid always loved going there. I took my kids there for a little fun and it turned into a little headache. Normally our orders are always right and everything tastes great, but this time the order was wrong I got over charged for things I didn't get and I spoke to the manager. After I told him what was wrong, he acted as if he didn't care to here it like he was annoyed. He was very rude to me in front of my children. Sadly we will not be returning as long as he is there. Huckleberry Junction deserves a better manager. read more

Messed up my pizza. Don't ask for a half and half pizza because They won't make it right. 3rd time they've don't it. Many parents and kids did not have masks on inside the facility. I did not see any sanitization stations set up anywhere. People coming in and out for takeout did not have masks. Even with a sign on the door and counter saying no mask no service. Good pizza, some decent games. Never been here before despite living just a few miles away. Came for a birthday party, and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves. Not nearly as busy as Chuck E Cheese, which was nice. Only interacted with one staff member who didn't seem to be enjoying her job. I brought an empty pitcher back to the counter for a water refill, and even though I was first in line, she proceeded to help other customers first. Not polite at all when she got to me, no apologies for the wait or anything, either. May come back, but if all the staff are like this, they need a change. read more

Sad, sad, sad.... I've been going to this restaurant since I was a child, and have been loyally bringing my own children since they were babies - over 20 years! After today, I don't know that I'll ever go back. I paid almost $160 for a birthday party, and regretted every penny. Because I paid with a credit card, I was forced to actually tip the server before she had a chance to show her the level of care she was going to provide. She was also standing directly behind my shoulder, making it quite awkward to fill out. We were introduced to a party host, but hardly saw her the entire time. Mostly, she was stuck behind the ticket counter. Our table was so close to the table next to it that almost 10 seats could not be utilized. My guests were forced to sit at other tables in the building. The table behind us said they tried to move the table before we got there, but were asked to move it back. (no help was offered to them with this, they were also having a miserable time) I asked three times for my drinks to be delivered, but they were not brought to us until after our pizza had been received. They also forgot to put in our kids pizza, so we had to wait for that too. They didn't give us any plates for the pizza, and even though the plates were flimsy paper, we could not be provided any plates at all without providing the exact number we needed. (Since my guests could not sit at the table provided for us, it was hard to pinpoint the exact number) Also, they do not offer any type of serving tool tool for the pizza, so be prepared to serve your pizza to guests with your hands. No dirty plates were bussed from my table. That was all done by my mother and I. We had to shimmy in between the two tables to collect the plates - awkward and took away from time I could have been visiting with my guests. I had to request for the cake to be delivered - then had to track down the "party host" 10 mins after our requested cake time, because our cake was no where to be seen. They also only offer plastic knives to cut and serve the cake to your guests.... awkward. Our ticket cashing experience was met by another employee explaining to us how she was mad at her manager for taking her off of party duty. She stated she had earned a $50 tip on her last party, and just learned now that she was no longer able to host them. She explained to my child and I that she was only paid $7.40 per hour, and felt dissed by the man in charge. Um... if someone actually wants to be a party host, maybe we should let them. The person you chose obviously was not able to do her job. A complete waste of money and time. If you value either, NEVER schedule a party at this venue. read more

Took our kids here on Halloween, and not only is the pizza very good, but the staff is friendly, and the price is great, very affordable.

I've been getting carry out from there for a while and my family and I absolutely love their pizza. The pizza reminds me of Little Caesars of 20 years ago when they cared about quality and taste. Recently visited with a 4-year-old and 3 adults. Surprised when they insisted that a pizza with pepperoni on one half and mushrooms on the other half counted as a 2-item pizza; everywhere I've ever been, that is considered one item since each is on only half the pizza. Whatever, the pizza was quite good and the breadsticks were outstanding. Atmosphere is very shabby -- invest in some paint, folks! To give you an idea of the era, two of the toddler rides feature Bozo the Clown and the Fred Flintstone car; the 4-year-old had no idea who they were supposed to be. All of the rides were in poor repair, although they all functioned. V-e-r-y short ride times. All in all, though, we had a good time, and if I were in the neighborhood I wouldn't have any problem getting their pizza and breadsticks again. read more

Over the years I've gone to Huckleberry Junction numerous times. It isn't an overestimate to say that Huckleberry Junction has seen better days. But it is all still fun, and a great family places to be. Adults and children alike enjoy the arcade games and skee-ball.
