Like right who wants to get in an accident! And then all the stuff you have to do to get the vehicle fixed. Huber took care of my brand new car that was in a minor fender bender. After bringing my car home noticed paint was just off slightly. It's white ‍. Nevertheless they had me bring the car back in brought in paint specialist and had him look. Back in for more paint. Got it back today. Looks good and I am happy. They worked with me and felt they righted the color! read more

This place is a rip off. They did a half assed job on my bumper and when I came down my driveway the bumper scraped and right side fell off. The manger Sheila said because it was damaged they will not honor warranty nor was she willing to fix at a discount cost. Additionally the paint job was off and would not fix since the bumper was damaged. They did not fix it right and she pointed out other damaged which were already there. Her response was why didn't you ask to fix. I assumed she knew what she was doing when she accomplished the estimate but apparently these people aren't bright enough to notice major details. I will be complaining to the Better Business Bureau Additionally for quality and better customer service I will be sticking with Caliber Collision. This is the outcome when you try to save a buck...you receive garbage in return. read more

When I set my appointment and visited the site for the first time the staff was talking amongst themselves about a personal issues. I was told to fill out forms that I had already completed and emailed back days before I let them know and the staff checked there email and they did have it and told me they saw it but didn't read the email. Days later the staff called about some additional work they say I needed at an additional cost I was in the middle of a meeting and told them to go ahead about 5 minute later I emailed declining the work. I checked my email and found an email confirming my decline. The next day the staff called me staying the other staff had not checked the email timely and did not relay the message to decline until later and it was too late to stop the work. I asked to speak to the general manager. He later called me and he was rude and unprofessional. He kept talking over me and would not listen to me. He lied to me saying the staff checks email promptly even though they staff already told me they didn't. I was forced to pay for something I didn't want. It took several more days for the work to be completed and when I went to pick up my car there was a stain on the bumper they repaired I asked them to come look at it. The send someone to clean it off. This shows how quality control is in being done. They said they cleaned my car how ever the exterior was covered in dirt and pollen as if it was sitting for an extend time. I would not recommend this company. read more

I will never use this place again. I used this place because it was recommended by the insurance company paying for the repairs. I don't have a favorite place since my previous favorite place closed. I got my estimate, scheduled my repair, received my phone call reminder for my repair, no problems. Front driver side bumper cover was damaged. My repair was supposed to be a one day repair. I dropped the car on a Monday, and even confirmed with the front desk gal that I would be back around 5:30 to pick up the car. All was smiles and happy times, no problems. When I arrived to pick up the car, I was informed that "this was always a 3 day repair" by the guy that I'm assuming was the manager because the front desk gal didn't have anything to say to me except that my car wasn't ready. He had some stumbled excuse about additional damage but he couldn't tell me what additional damage. All their techs were gone and my car was disassembled and undriveable. I was supposed to get a phone call the next morning detailing the damage, but that phone call never happened. He also had no explanation for why I was not contacted once the repair was not going to be ready or why the front desk girl confirmed that I would pick up the car today if it was "always a 3 day repair". I was quickly able to get a rental car - at this point everything is closing in like 20 min. thank you enterprise for coming through. I get no phone calls about anything. Wednesday I call to confirm that my car will be ready. I spend a long time on hold, twice, only to be told that it will not be ready until at least Friday. They can't even guarantee Friday, it likely won't be ready until next week. I inform them that I need my car, I am scheduled to travel out of state for a week on Saturday. They insist, likely next week. I contacted the insurance company, somehow like magic my car was ready Thursday. Guess the insurance didn't want to pay out for a full extra week of rental fees so that I could take the rental on vacation out of state. When I got my car back, it seemed to have a lot of miles on it...but since the mileage listed on the intake form was the mileage from my estimate and not the mileage from the day I dropped it off, it's impossible for me to be certain since I didn't record that myself - I should have, lesson learned. My car also came back with a really nice golf size umbrella that I don't own and have never owned. All of the stuff from the hatchback area of my car was moved to the back seat and rifled through. I'm not sure who was driving my car while it was getting repaired, but this shop is sketchy and unprofessional and doesn't communicate at all. It's a major hassle to get any kind of update on your repair and I have no doubt that they would have kept my car much longer if it weren't for the intervention of the insurance company. I hope the repairs hold up because I would rather pay someone else to fix them than bother with taking my car here even under warranty. read more

Huber Collision Center has my car for about 2 weeks due to 2 accident claims (not my fault lol). They were very informative and kept me in the loop the entire time as to what was going on with my repairs and not just leaving it up to my adjuster to let me know. Super easy process with dropping off my car as well as picking it up. I will definitely use again, let's hope next time it's not for an accident though. read more

Very unprofessional hit a deer minor front end damage they have had my car for approximately a month. They called me said they were buffing my car and would be ready later that day they never called that day called them the next day and was told they had to order some sensors and would be ready today waited until noon and called them now one of the sensors is on back order and don't know when it will be ready. Would not recommend Huber collision or Huber motors to anyone.poor customer service the lady that I spoke to wasn't apologetic or the least bit concern if or when I would get my car back!!! read more

I had an accident about a year in a half ago and could not afford to get my car repaired at that time. I have a $500 deductible with my auto insurance. In my accident, my hood was smashed in and lots of parts were unaligned at the front of my car. My logo on the front had a huge gash in it. Huber collision replaced the hood, but ended up not replacing my logo, or realigning the front of my car. So, I had to go back to get that done. I had to speak to multiple people in order to get things straightened out, and every once in a while depending on the person I spoke with; would make it seem like I was an inconvenience to THEM. It's been over a year, and my hood now has missing paint spots all over it, to the point where it can rust. I now live 2 hours away from Huber collision and I will not be going back. Not a happy customer at all.... read more

Avoid at all costs. Reception lied multiple times over 4-5 hours about the progress of service. Manager became absolutely belligerent when confronted with the behavior of his staff. I'd had an estimate on my Escape from another shop and when I showed up to get the work done I was asked what was I doing there! Needless to say I didn't leave my car there and went home and called USAA (the insurance company of the person that rear ended me) for another approved (by them) shop, and they gave me Huber Collision Center. Praise God for them! I was treated with kindness and respect and was called with updates every step of the way. I was made a priority and was treated with professional kindness and care. The work was outstanding! The paint is matched to perfection, and the back end doesn't have any evidence of ever being smashed into. Outstanding service and work,I'm beyond thrilled and both my Escape and I are healed from this unfortunate accident and the poor treatment from shop #1. The trauma from the accident and the patronizing and poor service from the initial shop are in the rear view mirror because of the professionalism I received from Huber Collision! read more

This place is a mediocre repair shop at best....... My car was dropped off for minor repair work and they lost a part for my license plate....... Then called me everything but a liar when I picked up the car and told me I needed to call my insurance company about the "missing" part..... Wasting more of my time and life. I will NEVER take any of my vehicles there or allow my family/friends to go there. Then I call to advise them my secondary shop will videotape the entire install of the item they threw away and was hung up on by the associate that started the lies to me. I went through huber for repairs to my car after an accident, and I was so pleased with the result. The insurance estimated it would take 2-3 days and it actually took 7 due to a holiday. At first I was irritated by this but once I got my car back and saw the quality of work I couldn't complain. The body work made my car look brand new, and on top of that they washed it and detailed the inside! All the staff was friendly and knowledgeable from start to finish. Steve Moore, who is the General Manager here, was offended that I challenged a member of his team when she told me "it should match", after I questioned wether they would match the paint on my car. Steve had my car partially disassembled when he called to tell me to come pick it up because "he didn't think they could please me." They were right. Unfortunately, I read the recent Yelp reviews after collision service for our vehicle was completed by HUBER. We had an experience, similar to those of the other recent reviews. In general, poor customer service; lack of communication as to status of repairs; attempting to deny legitimate accident issues; mis-matched paint; upper management lack of willingness to step in and do the right thing. I echo the other "one star" reviews and do not recommend this shop for collision repair. read more

Poor customer service... I was in an accident with my ML350 with front passenger bumber and wheel damage. Car pulled out in front of me and my bumper fell apart like the plastic it is and my tire took the majority of the impact. The wheels are custom 24" Mercedes rims. The front right rim has obvious gouges and tire has chunks taken out of it. I get a call from a representative and she tells me the preliminary damage is just to the front bumper for a total of $2,600 or so... I ask her about the damage to the rim and tire and she said she could not see any damage and if there was they could have a company refinish the rim. I asked her to call me back when she knew what the damage was and not just speculate. A hour or so goes by then I get a call from their general manager who kept pumping his chest on how great they were at servicing Mercedes clients. I had a great experience with Huber. After hitting a deer and badly damaging my front end, Huber made the repair quickly, and took time to align the hood and fenders perfectly. Professional and courteous staff. My Ford Transit van looked great when I picked it up. The repair took longer than I expected which frustrated me but this was due to how complicated the repair was and Huber's efforts to make sure the front end alignment was within specs before signing off on the completed repair. My frustration was influenced by the fact that I was paying for a rental car and the longer the repair took, the more I was going to have to pay. In the end, I appreciated the final repair result and regret that my frustration impacted my interaction with Huber's staff. My recommendation is no matter what repair facility you choose, be sure to ask for an estimated repair completion date before dropping off your vehicle. I neglected to do this so my false expectation also influenced my resulting frustration. read more

In my effort to have Huber (formally known as Rosner) Collision's work repaired, I contacted my insurance company. Since I had not filled a claim because the initial repair was only $1000, they could not formally pursue action against Huber. BUT the insurance adjuster who examined the work done by Huber stated the work was unacceptable and the paint should and could be matched. My insurance carrier also called Huber to encourage them to fully cover the cost to remedy their error in matching the paint. Despite being a "Service First" shop with my insurance company, Huber continues decline to make right their twice made error. read more
