I got quotes on Yelp and read a lot of great reviews about SAP, and honestly, I really wanted to go with them. Richard responded with a more reasonable price than others and suggested a very economical touch-up paint solution since the damage was small. I happily agreed. He showed up on time as scheduled. Because the scratches were tricky and the pearl white color is hard to match, Richard ended up spending much more time than estimated to do the touch-up paint. He also fixed two rock chips on the front hood along the way. The results were almost invisible and at a very fair price. I'm extremely satisfied and plan to call Richard again in the future whenever I accumulate more scratches or rock chips. Now that I know SAP, I'll never be frustrated about small dings and scratches again.

I was a little skeptical since they didn't have any reviews and it was surprisingly affordable so I reached out, and boy am i glad that I did. They were incredibly communicative about every step of the way just getting to the car. When they arrived they did notice a spot on the bumper that wasn't visible in the pictures that i sent, but the increase in payment was only for materials and nothing extra for labor even though it was my mistake.
