I was a little skeptical since they didn't have any reviews and it was surprisingly affordable so I reached out, and boy am i glad that I did. They were incredibly communicative about every step of the way just getting to the car. When they arrived they did notice a spot on the bumper that wasn't visible in the pictures that i sent, but the increase in payment was only for materials and nothing extra for labor even though it was my mistake. After they took the vehicle they sent updates with pictures of the car so i could see the progress and i didnt have to worry aboutif it would be dont in time. I am 100% satisfied with the work done on my car. Yes, Mr. Yoon is a sole proprietorship. That means that he does everything himself. That means that he also cannot accept every single person that walks in the door on his or her schedule. If your time is flexible, i.e. you can still drive your car, and Yoon asks you to come back next week... Go back next week. I dropped by on Friday for an estimate. Yoon gave me one and asked me to drop off my car on Monday. I dropped off my car before work on Monday and picked it up Thursday. You can't even tell that my husband ran into a pole and messed up the entire driver's side mirror and door. I'm so happy that I'm taking my car back in the spring for some other minor damage that is purely cosmetic but driving me me crazy. Just for comparison, the dealership quoted me $2300+ to replace the door and repaint 3 panels so that the entire car "matched". Another body shop near my dealership quoted me $700 for repairing the door plus the cost to repaint it. Yoon quoted me $700 for repairs and paint job of the one door. Guess what, his paint job matches the rest of the car. He even washed my car for me. WORTH EVERY PENNY!
