I hate to leave reviews like this but if ive been going there for years and have built up a reputation with the business why is it OK for some of the staff to treat you like your business isn't good enough and others to be super friendly towards a transaction? I dont understand. Whether I'm buying or selling or even pawning you shouldn't treat customers like they are some kind of sub class of people just because they might be selling something, or pawning. He did and only charged me a small portion over what he paid and even kept it for me for a month before I moved. I went to the store to settle up and found another beautiful piece of furniture that was reasonable priced. He delivered it all to my house which was an hour away. I gladly paid him a little extra to deliver that far away, but he was very nice. He does like to joke around a bit, so maybe that other customer just took him the wrong way. Try out the Preamp Live pedal to see what I mean. Their selection of high quality guitar straps is also about the best I've seen anywhere other than in Nashville guitar stores. They seem to carry the full line up of Levy's straps as well as other brands of similar quality. I was also really impressed with their selection of high end guitar picks. If you're looking for a used guitars they have a wide range to choose from whether you are a beginner or a working musician. If you're shopping for a beginners guitar ask one of their employees for advice on what they would buy given a fixed budget. I went back on 11/10 ( I work a hybrid schedule so wasn't back in the area until then). I was told that I was not able to return the walking pad - one that requires an electric cord to plug into the wall & a remote to work it, because it was not considered an "electronic" and not a part of their return policy. The manager proceeded to be rude and get smart with me and asked me why I would purchase something when I didn't know if it had all of the parts, which I followed up and asked her why they would sell something on the floor without all of the parts to it. She responded with "that's how it gets donated." So are you going to 1 shoe instead of a match? Are you going to sell a movie without the DVD in it? They really tried to convince me that a walking pad, that needs electricity to work, and has motors, was not an electronic device because it was exercise equipment. I didn't buy dumbbells. Since they didn't want to give me a refund for my purchase, I left my receipt with the manager & went and "donated" the walking pad BACK to them. I can't use it. So if you see an Ancheer walking pad in the back, don't buy it.
