I love that they offer coupons, rewards, and a military discount a few times a year, so we can get some pretty good deals. When asked again, they never came. I have asked again, and now he wants to charge me to get what was originally ordered. For a company so disorganized, it will come at a cost in time and money to you. I would highly advise using another local company even if they may be more expensive (there are several others) than Hubbard's, but you will pay for it in the long run if you choose to use Hubbard's. It pains me to discourage using a Cambridge company when I wish local companies would thrive, but in good conscience I cannot encourage anyone to use this company.
