I'd been here two years before and I recalled how delicious the food is and how friendly the service is. I was not disappointed today. I ordered the Enmoladas de pollo. This are twice folded corn tortillas with chicken covered in Mole negra, which a traditional hearty and complex thick sauce that Oaxaca is well known for. This was topped with queso fresco, a crumbly delicious cheese, sliced onion and cilantro. Wow this was an amazing dish. The freshly made salsa verde not too hot and had just right amount of spiciness for this breakfast dish. The coffee, also fresh came sweet, not my favorite but I forgot to tell them otherwise. No problem. The service also came with fresh hibiscus tea which is always very refreshing. Conspicuous for me was instead of complimentary tortillas we were served freshly baked bread, which I didn't taste but It looked delicious. Service is friendly an non intrusive. When you're in a foreign country and you find a really good eating establishment you tend to return, which is what I'll be doing soon. 5 solid stars!
