When it came time for delivery, my baby had other plans and I ended up needing a C-section. Because of his preparation and clear communication, my C-section went smoothly and I truly could not have asked for a better experience. Leading up to delivery & after delivery I appreciated his check ins, it was nice to see a friendly face around! The nurses and staff at his practice are also absolutely outstanding. They were so kind, attentive, and just wonderful to be around--it really makes all the difference. Nurses and doctors can truly make or break your experience, and I feel so lucky to have had such an amazing team by my side. Truly one of the best. I couldn't have asked for anything more. He lied saying he did everything he could to remove as much endometriosis as possible during his surgery performed on 4/10 last year. I had a second opinion tell me otherwise...my case is so severe that Dr.Eun's procedure did nothing and I had to have a second more severe procedure done in January 2025. He also prescribed me Myfembree, which my second opinion told me is terrible for my body destroying my bones and hormones and to stop taking immediately. He also laughed at my suggestion of Pelvic PT appointments said they "wouldn't do anything". Again, my case is so severe I am now scheduled for PT appointments once a week for the next 12 weeks. I had concerns of protein in my urine, again Dr.Eun laughed in my face and didn't even test my urine last time I was in office (even though a urine sample was taken and I requested my urine be checked for protein). Even though my son was put on life support, Dr Aversa visited him in the hospital every day; which all of the nurses said was unheard of. I was there 24/7 for the 57 days my son was there and Dr Aversa was a great help in some of the issues that were faced. He went so far as to talk to the President of Good Sam in order to get my son approved for Physical Therapy there so he wouldn't have to go to a nursing home. Once my son was released, he went to his first Dr appt with Aversa and he couldn't get up off the low chair so a nurse came out to help me. Instead of her pulling him straight up, as I asked, she pulled him off the chair (by accident of course). Dr Aversa was out in the waiting room with 5 other people to help my son get off the floor. Mind you, my son is very heavy and it took a lot to try to help him. At one point, Dr Aversa saw people in the waiting room staring and took the time to turn around and address the onlookers by stating that my son is a 'very brave young man that lived through a great ordeal'. Everyone stopped staring and that is the best thing about Dr Aversa... his compassion. My family will never forget what he did for our son that day. The staff is awesome too.. If you park in one of the lots there are a few designated spots for this clinic and they (they clinic) ask you to give them your vehicle info when you come in so they know you are parked there. I was pregnant with my first baby this summer, and Dr. Kundacina was brought in the room to assess why baby wasnt descending after hrs of pushing. She never introduced herself, came to my bedside or even asked how I was. In a dimly litroom, I had no idea where she was in relation to my body, and without verbal cue or counting, shoved her entire hand in my vagina mid push during a contraction. I immediately clammed up and she continued to try getting her hand in. Never once asked why I clammed up or began shaking immensely after this, instead told me to "relax your legs and bottom" over and over. There was no emotional support, coaching to help relax, or assess my mental well being after this. That was the first if many violations during a really long, sad labor. Violations to my body continued from many providers, with no apology or care for me as a person. Please don't see this provider if you are wanting compassionate or trauma informed care. I only saw midwife Ariel at this location. I respected her input, until I read my discharge notes. The wording she used was one step away from 1959's calling women hysterical. When I had low milk supply, common with traumatic births, she expressed doubt that it was a hormonal imbalance and in a really patronizing tone, said " you're just too tired and stressed for your body to make milk." When I kept advocating for blood work and my test results came back abnormally low, there was never even a response from her or any sense of validation, or apology for expressing doubt about what I was feeling and knowing to be true (I had tried weeks of power pumping, galactogues, tinctures, rest, pills, etc). Could not recommend providers at this office. One star only because Yelp requires that as a minimum.

The speed and experience felt very rushed. I've dreamed of this day since I was a kid of being a mom, having my first ultrasound etc. and I'll never get this moment again. I'm home trying to relive the experience but can't since the ultrasound tech was racing against time
