Well, I have mixed feelings for these guys. Several months ago, I got my Ram 1500 leveled here then…read morea few weeks ago, I decided to get it lifted instead so I came back here for a lift. I had a similar issue here both times that led to me having "mixed" feelings. First off, let me say, I live in Willis so a trip to Tomball is a little bit of a hike. With that said, when I came here to get my level several months ago, they didn't get it right the first time. My truck was extremely "bouncy" and was making a squeaking noise which led to me having to make a return trip for them to change the level kit & they got it right the second time. Fast forward to several weeks ago when I decided to get my 3.5" lift. I had a similar experience. Brought it in but they didn't get it right the first time. It wasn't bouncy but it was definitely making a squeaking sound. Came back which led to them fixing the struts and getting it right the second time. So both times, they didn't get it right the first time but nailed it the second time which became a bit of an inconvenience for me coming all the way from Willis. One absolute positive thing I'll say is that if you have an issue with your service here, they'll do whatever they can to make it right.

He's truly honest, has affordable pricing, and absolutely no nickel and diming on issues that do not need to be fixed. I went to Auto-Scan once before and had the motor mount replaced. No complaints. I learned not to go back to those big talking auto shops and stick to the real mechanic that truly cares about getting your vehicle running safely and not hurting your wallet! Corey was able to remove the dipstick that was broken inside (after the oil change at Sun Automotive ) without having to replace the entire unit....saved me a few hundred $$. He also referred Houston Automatic Transmission for a transmission rebuild. Took about a week, but the best price in town. When your mechanic refers them, please listen. Went in because I dented my rim on a pothole. The first day, Monday, I went in there was a lady…read moreworking - sweet as pie - but it was her first day. So I ended up waiting 45 minutes just to drop my tire off because the main person (presumably the manager/owner) handling the register left her there by herself. She eventually took my information on pen and paper and I left because the manager training her never showed back up. A day goes by - nothing. The next day, I call in to see if my rim is repairable. The guy answers and says they sent it somewhere to get it checked out - doesn't give me pricing or anything but said it'd be either that day or next when he hears back. 4 days later I finally hear back that the tire is ready. Not given pricing or anything. But at this point I'm tired of driving on a donut so I go to pick it up and I have to wait another hour to pick up my tire. Not because it's busy, but because the manager and the city are arguing in front of all the customers about the location in which the business resides and the complaints they're getting about the parking situation. By the time I get to pay for my tire and rim, he comes off as condescending to me because I ask a question about my tire that they found a hole in while fixing my rim, and while checking me out, decides to start gossiping in Spanish to another customer about the "lies" the city was telling him in this "meeting" they had in front of all of us customers. As if for me and other assumed non-Spanish-speaking customers to not understand, I guess? Well, I understood because I speak Spanish. I didn't see it as very professional to be gossiping/not having your business meetings in private anyways. And then finally, SURPRISE! To fix the rim it's gonna be 185 dollars. That's cool, I guess. But a little estimate would've been nice at least on the Monday I dropped it off. Or the next Tuesday...or Wednesday. The invoice that I got claims that I said "I hit a curb" when it was a pothole. I don't want my claim to the city to be debunked because they weren't attentive to detail when I went in the first day and explained the situation to the new girl. And to top it all off, there was a "here's your invoice" in the midst of him ranting in Spanish to the lady. I didn't even receive adequate customer service or a "thank you" or anything. So I will take my business elsewhere for car troubles.
