Next time I order again and I say No sugar or 30% sugar and they hear 50% sugar. Then I say No Ice in my drink and I catch the mistake again before taking my order out again on the label it said No Ice. Pointing the mistakes seem to put them in an off mood. I just like my tea to be made perfect and I expect that from a world renown brand.
