The coffee flight is served in cute small glasses, making it perfect to sample a bit of everything. The four flavors are, Sweater Weather, Cinderella, Pumpkin Maple, and Blueberry Coffee Cake. Incredibly balanced, smooth, and full of Autumn flavor without being overly sweet. Their cookie and cinnamon roll, was top tier. Absolutely loved that the baked goods are made fresh in-house. The interaction felt unnecessarily rude and unprofessional, especially considering I was returning food due to a legitimate food safety concern. What bothered me most was the complete lack of an apology or acknowledgment of the issue. A simple "I'm sorry" would have gone a long way. Instead, as I was leaving the restaurant, I overheard the employee loudly telling the kitchen that I was "complaining" about my food being raw, despite the fact that I was still within earshot. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. Undercooked food can be an honest error. However, customer service is how a business responds when something goes wrong, and unfortunately this experience was handled very poorly.
