I had Alyssa and she was the best!!! Amazing customer service 10/10 I will be coming back!

First time at this little spot - I did a drive thru. The selection is impressive. There is so many flavors to choose from for tea! I chose 2 flavors peach ginger & mango. The great about this is that some of the flavors can be sweet or unsweetened which is great options. I do not like sugary tea - I opt for unsweetened & wow delicious and refreshing! read more

I saw a few local friends mention this place on social media, but I didn't really know what to expect. When I went to the nearby Salad and Go, I saw it and made a point to come by - and I'm so glad I did! I ended up coming back a couple of times, mixed feelings about the actual drinks (see below) but love the concept and wish we had one in Vegas to be able to get my sweet tea fix, but it seems to be a franchised regional chain. First visit, I got the mint tea, "sweet zero" style with Truvia. This is what totally got me! Strong minty flavor like Moroccan tea, wasn't too sweet for me, super refreshing on a hot summer day. Went back and tried their Texas Chai Latte, Horchata Latte, and Marfa Morning Breve - mixed feelings on the coffees, the chai didn't have a strong spice flavor and the coffee drinks basically tasted the same, and more of a sweet drink than a coffee. But coffee isn't really what they're known for - maybe ask for less syrup/milk to have a stronger coffee flavor? Service was okay - they're fairly fast and friendly but not exactly knowledgeable? Person at window could not tell me what time they open for the day because "he just works closing but you can Google it" -- okay, fair point, but you work here, this is pretty basic info. Online they have a (publicly-posted) "secret menu" but it's not especially helpful for actually knowing what you're getting - no clue what to expect from a Pink Flamingo? Is it pink lemonade? Insert shrug emoji. Basically HTea0 is yet another drive-thru drink shop known for their customizable teas. Other reviews indicate that they have an indoor seating area. Unclear whether there's a loyalty program but they do have a happy hour - half price drinks from 2-4PM. Social media has promos and seasonal specials. read more

Refreshing blueberry summer-aid. The lemon blueberry flavor reminds me of the nice temp we had in spring and took it for granted.I added extra green blueberry tea to make it less sweet. The color is so vibrant. read more

I really don't have a thing for tea. I always found it very insipid, specially the non sweet ones. This place make me changed my mind about tea's in general. There are soooo many different flavors including sweet and unsweet. I liked the flavors and I liked the prices. read more

Really good tea! I love their variety of flavors and the prices are fair. I usually get a gallon of black tea with peach or green tea.

Surprisingly great coffee! We tried the iced vanilla latte with oat milk and the iced horchata coffee--both were delicious. Looking forward to different sizing options on the iced coffees. Staff is friendly every time we visit. The drive-thru is a huge plus, and they've finally added order-ahead options along with a rewards program. Convenient and tasty--definitely worth a visit! read more

Walked in about 4:00. The place was dirty and unkept. Waited at the counter. No one showed up to wait on me. Decided I didn't want to expose myself to anything from this disheveled joint. Left to never return. Clean the place up. read more

Absolutely love my local HTeaO. I haven't been to any others so I don't have a perspective other than this one. I will go to others I see because of this one. The tea is well priced and if you go in the middle of the afternoon they have happy hour pricing. We like to go and get big ones with no ice during happy hour on our movie nights. The tea is too sweet for some people, but it's sweet tea. Expect it to be sweet or do half and half. The girls (and I say that because it is it is always a young lady) are always nice and they keep it super clean inside. It's actually hard to believe how clean it is. read more

Love this place!! I come here during happy hour which is 2p-4p. They have a great selection of tea to choose from. Thank god for the drive thru... kick back relax and get ready for one of the best iced teas you'll ever have in your life. Yes, I will go here over and over, IF I lived in this area, which I don't so it felt like a land far far away but was worth the adventure. I am so in love with HTeaO! It has such a refreshing take on tea and I really like the snacks they supply. How can you go wrong with beef sticks or almonds? The service is always good and with a smile and helping hand if you've never been there. When you drive up , the area is clean and well put together and that's always a plus. read more

If you haven't been here, you should go now! Happy hour half off is everyday from 2-4. Today was our first day but won't be the last. I'll probably be back several times a week. Mint tea. Freaking DELISH!!!! Watermelon tea. OMG! I mixed the mint and watermelon and it was fantastic! The staff is incredibly friendly, the store is my kind of clean (white glove). And everyone is wearing a mask, for those that are wondering. There are many sizes including jugs to-go. I believe you can even purchase bags of their awesome ice! Lemon, lime and oranges are free to add to your tea. There are several other options that you can choose from for a minimal fee. All of them are prepackaged in little containers. They think of everything! I love when places are clean and organized. I added a photo of the text that you can opt in for promotions and discounts. read more

I had two coffee drinks that were honestly a 3/5 and just average. However, what makes this place a 4 is all the other parts that many coffee/tea places lack it still has. I love that it has an indoor seating area and a drive through. Portions and prices were all fair. For how busy it was they were timely and staff was very nice and helpful. The variety of its tea menu sets this place apart from other coffee shops but the coffee can't compete with its competitors. read more

What a great concept. Ice teas (sweet and unsweetened) in a lots of flavors (mint, watermelon, ginger peach, blueberry, and more). I had mint and watermelon today. Definitely recommend the mint. Grab a cup up to a gallon and fill it up. They have fresh fruit to add if you want as well. A few small snack items, Yeti items and tea bags for sale as well. The staff was nice and helpful. Great location with drive thru to get in and out quickly. Sweetness Level: It is definitely southern sweet. So if you are not into that .. they have unsweetened and you control the add. read more

Wow!! I honestly didn't think a Tea joint would make it! I was SO wrong!!! Every time I come here, there is a long line at the drive thru!!! It's actually quicker to part and run it to get your drink! This HTeaO has a great staff, everyone actually look like they enjoy working here, there hasn't been a time that I've walked it and was greeted with a big Hi!! Welcome to HTeaO!! Some even say what their special is for the day and recommend a flavor! I'd say they always greet you with a smile, but due to COVID and the mandatory mask... I am something of a sweet tea fanatic, so I had high hopes for HTeaO. I must say, I was very impressed with the variety of flavors available. With a plethora of sweet and non sweet options (and some special seasonal flavors) there was most definitely something for everyone. In addition, they have testing cups available to sample the flavors before you commit to one. However, excuse the pun, it just wasn't exactly my cup of tea. I am a lover of good traditional southern sweet tea (like Bill Miller tea), so this wasn't as strong or sweet as I prefer. However, my boyfriend tagged along and did enjoy the tea despite it being different than what we usually prefer. So, it really does depend on what type of tea you like! The prices are very reasonable, so I'd say definitely give it a try and see if you find something that you love! Hint: They have happy hour every day from 2-4! read more

Very good drink stop! Quick drive through and both teas we tried were tasty! We got the Blueberry Sweet Tea and the Georgia Peach Sweet Tea. The only thing was they were VERRY Sweet. Next time I might ask if they can do unsweetened tea with the sweet syrup or maybe unsweetened syrup. read more

I came to this HTeaO most recently to redeem my birthday reward for a free gallon of tea. I also got a glass of tea for the road. I love coming here for iced tea, but I also LOVE their iced coffee. It's delicious and much more reasonably priced than other chains. I usually use the drive through, and have always had fast and polite service. However, I went inside to redeem my gallon because I wasn't sure what flavor I wanted. The inside of the store is really neat. There's rows of teas that are all labeled with their flavors. If you get a cup then you can serve yourself with any mix of teas and any amount of ice. They also provided small sample glasses so you can try the different flavors of tea. I absolutely love this franchise. Also, I highly recommend the app because they have an excellent rewards program. read more

Now obviously the name expresses itself.. I didn't take any photos at this location because my hands were a little bit full, but I love it! I typically don't review locations if their more on the corporate style venue verses local owners type venues, but I definitely want to make a point to say that this one does it right. It's such a quick and simple setup, but the variety is awesome and delicious! I love being able to mix and match flavors, and my favorite flavor is the sweet blueberry green tea with sweet peach and a splash of unsweetened raspberry. The mix comes out delicious, and is always tasty with their meat stick snacks... ohhhhhhh, and their peach rings! Their gummy snacks brand is delicious!!! As a self-proclaimed (unsweet) tea enthusiast, HTeaO is obviously a magnetic force I'll be pulled toward time and time again. I first learned about HTeaO when in Houston in early 2020 and had to know everything about it. Yelped it. Googled it. Visited it. We did the dramatic U-turn and everything to get there and place an order for something different than the typical black iced tea. I loved it (got a coconut tea) but was so sad that there wasn't a location in San Antonio. As luck would have it, a few months later, an HTeaO opened up in town--albeit, far from where I live. I've been to this location a few times now, and it's fantastic! Prompt service, great selection, and a drive-thru to boot! My favorite thing is that you can get gallons of the good stuff to-go with your large drink so that you have something to look forward to during the week as well as the slog back home. For a nice variety of fruity teas, be sure to check 'em out. Mint and watermelon are delicious and refreshing, and I can't wait to try some of the other flavors in the future. read more

This place is a must! We went inside and the employees were super friendly, encouraging us to use the sample cups to try different teas. The flavors were endless... we tried coconut, blueberry, watermelon, and peach to name a few. They were all so delicious which made it hard to choose. They also sell tiny (ramekin) cups with fresh fruit to add to your tea. My husband ended up getting Georgia Peach and I mixed Coconut with Lemonade! It was yummy! I absolutely love the tiny ice - it's perfectly crunchy. The shop itself is so cute too! They sell various merchandise along with many Yeti brand items. Also, happy hour is from 2-4 which means half priced drinks! Win Win! read more

Very 1st time I went I got the peaches and cream flavor of the month and it was delicious! The 2nd time I went was with my sister. We went inside and was blown away! Ooohhh WOW! We LOVE tea. The wife likes sweet, like every red blooded Texan. I, on the other hand, enjoy a nice unsweetened tea. Call me crazy all you want. This place is INSANE! They have like 100 teas brewing and chilling. The menu is simple and understandable, very clear and to the point. The varieties are endless! We got: Sweet Regular Tea with blue berries and Strawberries- we were a little disappointed with the serving size of strawberries for a large tea tbh, but the tea was great! The water they use is delicious and crisp! The tea was lightly sweetened, not overly sweet at all. Can't really taste the fruit but it does look cool in the cup. Unsweetened Watermelon with Lemon and Strawberry- Yowza! That is one delicious cup of tea! All the flavor!! Yummmm!! Nice crisp water, just the slightest hint of watermelon. The lemon gave it that little punch to top it off...can't taste the strawberry. All in all I can't wait to come back for more tea, I'll be sure to ask for extra strawberries next time though. read more

Okay so the tea is good and I like the concept but it doesn't feel very COVID-19 friendly for a few reasons. I guess if you care about this I would recommend not going inside and going to the drive thru instead. If you go a really recommend the tea mint or the watermelon tea. I mixed it and enjoyed it. Here is how I would recommend making it a little safer during Covid. Make sure people put hand sanitizer when they walk in. You have cups and lids that are stacked up and it's hard to get one without holding (and touching) the rest. Give people a few sample cup so they are not touching them all. Give them a lid when they come pay so again they are not touching them all. read more

Y'all this place is awesome. Go inside if you've never been here. You can sample all of the delicious teas before you purchase and they're all good. It's hard to decide but on this day we got the coconut flavored tea. So refreshing that we not only got individual drinks but also got a gallon to take home. They have each flavor in both sweetened and unsweetened and sell the teabags to make at home. They have the GOOD ice, IYKYK 10/10 would recommend especially in this sweltering Texas heat. read more

Well, I am a frequent customer here. My favorite is the Sweet Georgia peach and sometimes the unsweetened one (when I'm watching my sugar intake). There's so many different wonderful tea flavors to choose from, but I seem to always pick this one. The staff is always friendly and welcoming and ready to help when needed. I was excited to find out that they sell bottled water too! The huge (I save my pennies in one of those kind!) ones! Their water goes through some kind of purification system and other stuff. Totally cool! Snacks like chips, beef jerky and healthy granola bars to go along with your flavored or plain iced teas. Gotta say, love how sweet the drive through people are....always! read more
