My favorite part is that their color theme uses natural colors, green, naturally finished wood, light grays, all of the yes. You can customize your drink completely, from sweetness to how much ice you use to what add-on goes inside. Plenty of natural light leaks through, with wood accents and granite tables. They have a kitchen in the back because on Fridays they have a full breakfast menu that is delicious. The staff is kind and cozy. You forget you in Midland entirely, and you feel transported to a coffee shop in South Austin. That's how above and beyond this place feels The coffee is top notch every time. This time I got their Bourbon Latte from the winter menu, which was great, while my girlfriend got their Cafe de Olla that she really enjoyed. The space is nice for work or just relaxing.
