My favorite part is that their color theme uses natural colors, green, naturally finished wood, light grays, all of the yes. You can customize your drink completely, from sweetness to how much ice you use to what add-on goes inside. Being that this is a first for me, the barista recommended 70% sweetness for my milk tea and it was spot on. Will be back again for the Vietnamese iced coffee now that I know they have it! The staff is kind and cozy. You forget you in Midland entirely, and you feel transported to a coffee shop in South Austin. This time I got their Bourbon Latte from the winter menu, which was great, while my girlfriend got their Cafe de Olla that she really enjoyed. The space is nice for work or just relaxing.
