She had the chicharron with egg and I had their asadero burrito with egg. Holy cow we were blown away by how delicious they were. They seem very light (not as greasy) as other places. Not sure how they did this, but they were a banger! Green and red salsa are available and were not spicy at all, but very flavorful (in my opinion - I'm a huge spice guy) For the pan dulce we both shared a vanilla flavored concha and a type of flat looking empanada filled with pineapple jam covered in almost a powdered sugar I think, they were both very soft and delicious! We dined in and were served at our table. Super clean, neat, friendly staff with low music playing in the background. Definitely a must try. I did not try their beverages or coffee.

I called as soon as they opened this morning and they helped me to get a reservation for 11:15AM and that was just the beginning of our perfect service experience from start to finish! I am obsessed with all things "theme" and this Instagram-worthy spot has everything done right without crossing into cheesy territory or using decorations that look cheap or off. It reminded me of places that I would wait MONTHS to get into in some of the biggest cities in the USA! And that's not where the 5 star comparison stops! The food was AMAZING! We started with the funnel cake fries app for the table. My husband and I got the Texas Pecan French Vanilla drip coffee (which was epic and I'm a major coffee snob!) and the kids were THRILLED with so many fun nonalcoholic options and tried a fun new drink! The kids both fell in love with sweet crepes and the husband had a savory brisket crepe. I did the avocado toast on fresh sourdough toast with the eggs and bacon on the side (small mouth!) with potatoes and I never imagined I could still be craving something so simple yet so perfectly made and gourmet! It was the first time our whole family was SILENT because we were all eating! It was worth every penny and will be a favorite now and forever in the future!

When the day came, we had a minor mishap and needed to push the reservation to a later time and he was willing and able to accommodate us. Holly, our server, was courteous and attentive. Went to this one because my wife is in the hospital across the street and she was wanting a blueberry muffin. They filled my order quickly, bagged it and I walked back to the hospital without checking my order. What I ended up with was my coffee (as ordered) the old fashioned and banana bread instead of a blueberry muffin. My fault for not checking before I left the store but I wasn't expecting them to mess up a simple order when I was the only customer at the time.

We always try to support local business and this was a must for us since my wife is super addicted to coffee. That's an understatement.. I ordered the sugar free Brunette on ice & my wife got the sugar free Blondie on ice as well. Both were really good but if I had to choose 1, my wife's was better :) Really chill spot, ambiance was fun & service was super great. I didn't get the name of the gentleman that took our order and gave us our drinks but was super polite and laid back. It didn't take long to get our order even though the drive through was pretty packed but understandable since it just opened. We also ordered a pup cup for our fur ball and I think he liked it. It was completely gone before we even got to the house so he must of enjoyed it. Everyone there was also so nice to him and complimented his outfit, which he's always dressed to impress. I give this place an A+ & will definitely be coming back. My wife was very pleased with her drink and certainly earned her business. All the boxes checked out.
