I got two cartilage piercings done in one session here and i gotta say they did a great job. its been a month and i havent had any problems with it! my body has a bad reaction to piercings in the past and my cartilage piercings are doing well with minimal swelling and discomfort. though i will say the reason for my four star review is that they are sooo pricey. you have to pay for the piercings itself and the piercing along with it. i ended up paying 180$ for two cartilage piercings /: but i cant complain because they look amazing and feel great! read more

Very clean piercing shop just right off the I17 and Cactus. No appointments, walk in only. Piercing starts at $35 and you pay for your jewelry. Jewelry is of good quality and is inexpensive. Starting price for navel jewelry was $40 and then you could go up from there. They were also offering 15% off jewelry for checking in with Yelp. We went on a Thursday afternoon around 1pm and it was steadily busy and got even busier as we left. We were told 45 mins and ended up waiting 2 hours. There was only one piercer Josh at the time. Josh was super friendly, efficient and made the whole wait worth while. Very happy with the overall experience and the shop. The parking out front is assigned to a lot of the shops in the plaza. My piercer was Nicola :) back in May 2021 a d let me just say I've never felt more comfortable and welcomed. Due to Covid only one customer is allowed and the front desk gentleman made sure I was ready and excited to get my NP. They had lots of jewelry to choose from which was a plus! My piercing should've taken 10-30 minutes but I think I was there for an hour! They could tell I was going through a rough patch and wanted to make sure I was ok. I have to say as a Dad that wants the best for his daughter, and Mom agrees, we only want the best. From start to finish I couldn't be happier with the service at HTC. The initial appointment setting up to the check in. We were the only ones there and that really helps making a personal experience. Steph who was the piercer for our 9yr old daughter had amazing bedside manner. She was the most patient person, answered every one of my daughters questions, never got tired of answering a question, went step-by-step, and only discussed the needle if she asked what she did. She made it so interactive, and so calming, that she truly was amazing with her. The place was very clean, they were even wiping down couches and materials with antiseptic wipes as we approached. The floor was clean, the bathrooms were clean, the rooms were clean. The pricing, was fair. I know that you could go to the mall and do it for much cheaper, but there will be no personal experience, and I don't think I would Like to be in a place that wasn't very sanitary floating around with terms like them all. Plus from the horror stories I've heard, that was the last thing that I wanted my daughter to experience. What a great experience! First I want to say that the studio is CLEAN AS A PIN! This was my first piercing. I had both earlobes pierced by Nicola... so AWESOME! She is GREAT! I'd always gone to the Tempe location but one day I drove by this one on accident and realized it's less than 5 minutes from me! I'd been wanting to get my second tragus done for a while and then their Facebook page announced they were doing their $10 piercing special to benefit some animal rescues, can't go wrong with cheap piercings for a good cause! Once I got there I decided I wanted to get my rook done too because, why not? I had a couple questions about it first though and the girl at the counter was able to answer all of them so that I could make an informed decision about it. Then she gave me the pricing for everything, had me sign the release and told me to wait for a little bit for one of the piercers. I didn't have to wait too long before Ricky called me up. He was friendly and makes you feel at ease with what's going on. He got everything set up and put a couple marks on me so I could make sure I was gonna like the placement. Everything looked good to me so it was go time. Luckily for me Ricky was quick and got both of the piercings within a couple minutes. I was especially happy I'd decided to go with the rook piercing, I'm obsessed with it now! I've gone here for two different piercings, a jewelry change, and my husband had a piercing removed. JD has done all of my piercings and he's wonderful! He explains what he is going to be doing and his piercings stay put! My nose piercing is the first that has healed out of 3 different attempts. I called ahead before coming here because I wasn't wanting to get piercings if the company wasn't following protocol with COVID. I spoke with Joe and he was great! He walked me through the piercing process and increased precautions with COVID. I went to get two cartilage piercings done and Stephanie was great, too. She walked me through the steps to keep the piercings clean and uninflected. I waited to review for several weeks to make sure all went well. 8 weeks later, the piercings look great and are healing well. I attribute this to the type of earrings they use. This chick legit HURT HER for NO REASON AT ALL! My friend has anxiety and had an extremely hard time with this. She also has a condition that makes her swell extra WHICH WE TOLD HER! She didn't care. I've had tattoos and I've endured child birth BUT when it came to the thought of piercing my nose....i was deathly afraid. And I wasn't even going for anything extravagant, just a simple nostril pierce. Anyhow, its my 38th bday and my 13 year old daughter headed on down. Again, SO NERVOUS!!!!!
