Dr Tagle might not be for everyone (judging by the reviews I've seen on other platforms anyway!)…read morebut if you're ready to listen to someone who is very passionate about having you take control of your health, I highly recommend him. I credit starting to see him as a PCP as when I started taking exercise more seriously, and I'm really grateful he was so straight forward with me about what I should be doing in terms of diet and exercise. He is also the closest you can get to boutique-style medical care - my husband was jealous of me on several occasions at the level of care Dr Tagle provided. I could always reach him through Mercy's online platform, and if he had a follow up question he would immediately call me to make sure I got what I needed. I've since moved to Austin but I miss having Dr Tagle as my doctor! I seriously think about his guidance most times I run (which is three times a week, which wouldn't have happened without his encouragement!)

I started to get the feeling she didn't want to see patients that looked like me. She was very dismissive. I asked for three years but she told me that I didn't need a Pap smear or gynecology exam because I was post menopausal and 60 years old. I recently had major issues that I never felt. I just had a radical hysterectomy. Thanks for NOTHING Dr. Curtis.

Because Dr. Curtis took the time to perform an examination I've never had an internist do, my breast cancer was detected while it was still Stage 1. She referred me to a wonderful oncologist and was very caring through the treatment and beyond. You'll wait awhile for a new patient appointment, but once you've been established as a patient, you'll not have a problem getting an appointment when you're sick. She accepts most if not all insurances as well.

As the practice grew, I was pushed through their system with many doctors. (loh, Arain, shiv, Ebo) I liked Dr Ebo, he was the primary care for my family (except my mom) Fast forward they open their Dundalk location and now are a one stop shop, which is great. Scheduling appointments to see your treating physician is not easy, they dont have openings for weeks or when you call to make an appointment they want you to see their NPs. With that said, Charlie, the "nursse mgr" informed me that "Mace Medical has 20,000 patients and when he speaks he speaks for all the doctors there, if your not happy, find another provider" Charlie also proceeded with snark comments regarding my Jan. 25th 2025 visit with Dr. Ebo Yes, after 30 yrs of primary care, the Doctors there allow their staff to dismiss patients. Through their Healow app I requested a prescription refill to hold me over because I found a new doctor. Just like that, my refills were sent and they took away my access to their app, which was medical records and history needed for a new primary. If you're looking for a family friendly doctors office, this is no longer the place to go.

Proceed with caution…read more Dr. Conway was my surgeon for two years. Initially, like many other patients I thought that she was the best. She is highly skilled, however after my second surgery performing the same procedures for a second time, I knew that I had made the wrong decision in choosing her. Additionally, Dr.Clifford Jeng at Mercy Medical was the doctor who informed me that Dr. Conway had implanted pins in my heel. The problem is that I did not consent to this. I brought this to the attention of her assistant, Shanae, and have left many messages in the past (almost) two years. Dr. Conway will not return my calls. Even when I was in the ER at Sinai for pain in my heel, she did not return my call. Another patient posted a similar review to mine on Healthgrades. I would highly recommend anyone looking for an orthopedic surgeon to think twice before choosing her. There are many other good, experienced orthopedic surgeons in the Baltimore region.

I would not recommend making an appointment with Dr. Vissing…read more I scheduled and appointment for myself to establish a new primary care physician Dr. Vissing came in, read from the history in my pre-registration form, did a physical, and asked if I had any issues and if I wanted bloodwork. No attempt to establish any type or patient/physician relationship. I described the only issue I have been having, and he prescribed me an anti-depressant because it would also help with my symptoms, although I'm not experiencing any of the symptoms associated with depression. Understandable that medicine can be used for treatment of other things. Totally irresponsible to prescribe me a new medication that is known to have side effects that can alter your brain chemistry and then tell me to schedule a follow-up in ONE YEAR. The only reason I am giving two stars is because the rest of the staff was fantastic
