I've had lots of other doctors and counselors treat me in the past, which have all helped, but the homeopathic remedy that Dr Paddock prescribes completes the treatments and gets at a deeper level of healing in my opinion. When I arrived today, 7/31/18 at 9:45am, I was told that I was not in the system and did not have an appointment. I calmly explained that I had made the appointment previously with Dr. Dhillon, and even pulled up my phone showing that I had called their number on 7/13/18 and had a 9 minute conversation. Despite this, the woman at the front desk treated me as if I was a liar, arguing with me for several minutes before finally calling somebody else over. The other woman said to just mark me as a walk in. She started to process my id and health insurance but continued to have an attitude and didn't apologize or give any kind of consolation for the error on their part. I had enough, on my first experience with a new doctor I don't expect to be disrespected and treated as if I'm a liar. Why the hell would I show up at a doctor's office and make up a story about having an appointment for a damn physical? Ridiculous. Dr. Dhillon might be the best doctor in the world, but he needs to be more careful who he hires to represent him in the office.

Fast forward Dr. J took VERY good care of me and thru the treatments I received my known issues were corrected and my unknown issues were resolved and I didn't have to have back surgery. To this day after a serious back injury on my job, Dr. Ro picked up where Dr D left off and EVERY time I go for a treatment I get such great relief. Since then, I have come to know, this Doctor knows everything there is about the craft. A pharmacy sales rep once told me, he often knows more prior to a release of the drug, then a salesperson would after their training. This guy reads everything, test him on a survey, ask him the odd questions, he will share, just bring a pen and paper... Dr. Insel is thorough, intelligent, knowledgeable and caring. I have spoken to others who know him and they are all in agreement. If you come to be a patient, be aware he will be with you your entire way. There is one drawback, you might sit in the waiting room for appointments. He is thorough and listens, the every patient, so budget your time. Keep in mind the really good doctors are in demand, so when you want the best there are some things you must sacrifice.
