Eddie and Natalie are wonderful folks to work with and they provide absolutely top-notch service from start to finish. I've had them clean some rooms at my house on two separate occasions and was very impressed with their friendly customer service, punctuality, and the quality of their work each time. I recently called Natalie needing an emergency cleaning before an unexpected visit from friends and she managed to squeeze an me in within two days. I felt bad for calling them at the 11th hour and requesting their services, but Natalie was more than happy to work with my schedule. I knew that they did great work from my past experience with them and I didn't want to give my business to anyone else. They're locals and they're awesome and they pay attention to even the smallest details involved with running a great business. I really appreciate the fact that Eddie remembered me from his previous visit almost a year ago. He's the epitome of professionalism and is always courteous. He got right to work once I showed him the rooms that needed cleaning and was very efficient in taking care of my carpets. One of our dogs decided to use our spare room as his bathroom, and thanks to Eddie, the carpets look and smell fantastic once again. I can't say enough good things about Dry Master. They do a good job of setting expectations if you're dealing with stubborn stains, etc. as I had where someone spilled coffee on a light colored chair. But, they got enough of the stain out to make the chair and ottoman useable again. And, they will tell you if it's risky to try and clean a particular fabric and won't do it if a good outcome is not likely. I like that. Reasonable prices, too. Our mattress was not in that list, so I went ahead with service. They required more to come out, I added some area rugs. When they came out they announced they could not clean that mattress. The crew walked around with dirty shoes in our house. They had bad personal hygiene. They charged $382 and did not clean the mattress which was the whole reason for them to come out. I called and they offered a 10% discount. This pretty much does nothing to account for the nearly $400 I have spent for not getting anything I needed cleaned in the first place.
