I've been getting sick from terribly long term dusty air ducts in my house for years. 2years ago I…read morehad a company come and clean for 6+ hours thoroughly, and I felt better breathing afterwards. But the clean ducts didnt last. They're full of crap. So I called this guy, the only duct cleaning in Franklin NC. This guy is downright screwing the town of Franklin NC. He showed up at my house. Pretended to work for 2 hours, and hauled ass out of there. One guy. 2 hours of work, quickly left, charged me SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS and HE DID NOT CLEAN MY DUCTS. I repeat, this guy is a scammer. The day after he left, I was suspicious as to why the AC was still full of dust. I have floor vents. So I went around the house sticking my hand in the floor vents. I was pulling out fistfuls of dust. So much crap was in there. Like they have never been cleaned. This guy is a classic Air Duct scammer. He may pretend to do work for 2 hours, bill you $600, and haul ass out of there. So you can remain in your house breathing in toxic clogged household ductwork AC, and he can haul ass to the next job site to scam the next Franklin NC resident out of their $600 air duct cleaning budget, too. I repeat, this guy is here to screw whoever he wants in WNC out of an honest and thorough real air duct cleaning, which is critical for the health of the house's occupants.

He scheduled the job quickly--within three days--and set up our appointment in a convenient app that clearly outlined everything, from the quote to the appointment time. On the day of the job, the crew arrived promptly and began cutting, shredding, and cleaning as they worked. They removed two huge trees--an oak and a tall pine--and then proceeded to remove approximately 8-10 more large oaks. They did a great job, removing many trees and smaller brush while stacking the larger wood for me. They can't be beat for the price and the amount of work they accomplished. I will definitely have them back, as I still have many more trees that need to be removed.
