Mark was right on time. we explained we couldn't afford to make major repairs, but we need our water functioning. by 9:30am Heath arrived and got right to fixing the issue. We were made aware our plumbing system is outdated, and the repair is a temporary fix. but we are grateful they were willing to help get water back into the home. We did ask for an around about cost for replacing everything. so, in the future this will be a project we will let 1-Tom-plumber handle. The issue we had was our water meter was flooded. we called Huntsville utilities and was told it is our fix since it fell on our side of the property. We had a plumber come out and they made us aware that we have a crack in the line. 24 hours went by, and nothing was done by that plumber. so, we made a Facebook post asking for suggestions on plumber and I am thanking God that 1-Tom-Plumber was suggested. Thank you again for us crossing paths with them, and their professional customer services. A big thank you to Sarah Myers for referring us.

However, I wasn't hiring you for your service vehicle graphics! 0 Stars for $$$. I had already removed my toilet, cleaned up the old wax ring, identified, and fixed the issue. All I needed was the toilet "reinstalled"..."professionally". I even supplied a new Wax Ring and a new braided connector hose. They wanted $379 for a 15-20 minute job and I was supplying all the hardware! I reached out to a local licensed plumber that I was referred to, and he did it for $100 & I gave him a $25 Tip! Saved me $250! Lesson learned, get an estimate over the phone before you have them come out and "blind side" you!

I was skeptical as they are the only contractors Lumber Liquidators refers to but I can understand why they maintain that referral relationship: SW Contractors are top notch. Our job was an involved one as we were ripping out tile and carpet throughout our downstairs and putting down hardwood in the kitchen, living, two closets, hallway, bathroom and entryway. Steve came to the house and was able to give a detailed (and pretty competitive) quote right then and there. We had some tight scheduling issues as I wanted the rest of the family out of the house for the install. Laura, the business/office manager, worked with me to get our project scheduled on exactly the days I needed. The crew of three arrived and immediately got to work. By mid-morning, they already had ALL the demo done! Jose, William and Eduardo were fast and meticulous - even taking extra (unexpected) steps to minimize the mess (which, if you've ever removed tile, you know there is a LOT of mess!) They hauled away all of their waste when they were done, too and even kept their work area neat between project days- something I didn't expect but really appreciated. I LOVE my new floor. We went with the taller baseboards as Steve recommended and the finished product is gorgeous, contemporary and SO clean! Laura was even helpful in getting some questions answered for me after the install was finished and emphasized that they would be more than happy to come take a look at anything should I have any concerns.

Due to inclement weather the request was to specifically wait until rain stopped however Property Plus insisted on bringing in items down the 40 feet path from their truck to the entrance to the house without protecting most of the items. I had to dry off chairs and shelving units that were soaked. The next day, upon inspection of items it became evident one of the sofas was ruined. Both armrests and some of the main body of the sofa were soaked. The smell of decaying fibers was already present therefore needing to be removed right away. A friend helped me since Property Plus did not answer my calls. They later informed me they could "bring fans" to resolve the damage. Bottomline: do not hire this company! .

I was told over the phone that the cleaning would take about 6 hours, so I rearranged my entire day and rescheduled other contractors to make sure the house would be available. The cleaning team did not arrive all at once. They trickled in and the last person arrived around 9:00 AM. They were finished by 10:15 AM. What was supposed to take 6 hours took only an hour and fifteen minutes. That was my first red flag. When I came home I noticed that the floors had only been vacuumed, not mopped. I had paid extra for an oven cleaning, but the front of the stainless steel oven was still dirty. They wiped around small items on the countertops instead of moving them to clean properly. There was visible dust under the couch and in other easy-to-reach areas. To their credit, the walkways looked clean and they did vacuum. But overall it felt rushed and incomplete. I reached out afterward and they did offer to come back and fix the issues, but by then I had already hired another company to do the job right. This was my first time using Castle Keepers and unfortunately it will be my last.

The worst service I have ever had in my life…read more Do not recommend No stars at all! Worst service ever. Insurance company hired them for water damage to my home. 3 day job took 3 months. Moved every single item in m home ( clothes, furniture, pictures,etc.) to an unknown warehouse for new flooring to b put down. So many items stolen. Local company would never answer or return my calls. Different work crew every day that they came( which was only 5 times out of 3 months). The guys were that brought my furniture bk was very rude and hateful and wanted to place my whole house of furniture in 1 room and leave rather than placing it bk in its original spot. At least 1 piece of furniture in every one of my rooms had not scratches but huge chunks gashed out of the wood. I never report my complaints about bad service even when I really should but I had to make sure I did this time because that was the worst experience that me and my family have ever been through and don't want anyone else to have to go through that!!!
