Our mattress was not in that list, so I went ahead with service. They required more to come out, I added some area rugs. When they came out they announced they could not clean that mattress. The crew walked around with dirty shoes in our house. They had bad personal hygiene. They charged $382 and did not clean the mattress which was the whole reason for them to come out. I called and they offered a 10% discount. This pretty much does nothing to account for the nearly $400 I have spent for not getting anything I needed cleaned in the first place. I recommend going elsewhere in Monument Colorado.

I was impressed with the way they treated my home. They wear what look like hairnets or blue hair…read morecovers over their shoes so they don't track dirt into your home. And they have plastic covers that protect the corners of the walls so that the hoses they use don't scrape, scratch or remove paint from the wall corners. As for the carpet cleaning itself, it was very good. We did have to ask the person to go back over a spot or two where there was a stain we didn't feel that the got as well as he should have the first time around, but he was very considerate and had no problem with going over those spots for us and getting them clean. I used to get my carpets cleaned and when they would dry, I could walk around and crunch my carpets. I didn't know that was bad. It was soap residue and I was breaking the fibers. With Zerorez, the carpet is SOFT and clean when they leave. Also, they use giant fans aimed down at the carpet to get it mostly dry before they leave. I really like that!

After the first visit, it took a full day for the carpet to dry. By the second day, there was an obvious odor of urine in 2 of the bedrooms (not previously observed), and multiple brown stains in one of the bedrooms that were not previously there. I requested for a re-service which was completed a week later. The same technician completed the re-service and was again polite and very quick. He re-cleaned 2 bedrooms with the urine odor and spot cleaned a third bedroom with the multiple brown stains in just 15 minutes. Unfortunately the carpet now looks worse than it did after the original cleaning. The urine odor is gone but the brown stains are even more noticeable now. I feel that I paid for a professional service that did not meet expectations.

I had two days screwed up due to Chem Dry and would not allow them in my home going forward, free or otherwise. Seth responded that he texted me and then showed up at 1 pm. He must have gone to the wrong address because I was ready to head out with my dog and kept opening the front door to check for his vehicle since there was no knock or doorbell ring.. As mentioned, I left at 1:20 pm and Seth did not come prior to my leaving. A phone call would have helped, as I was I'm the area and could have returned. I don't regularly check texts.
