At the end of 2024, my husband and I decided to replace the carpet in our ground floor rooms. We liked our existing but worn-out carpeting and sought to find something similar. Thus began an effort that lasted about 9 months. Separately, we each visited some vendors and found them polite, but we weren't getting anywhere, and frankly, most didn't have a great selection and didn't seem to understand what we wanted. And then, I visited All About Flooring and initially looked through a vast amount of samples, and took home many, their selection is very good, but still wasn't making progress until the owner, Becky Griffith, noticed my disappointment and decided to become involved. She took on the challenge. Becky was relentless in attempting to help us find the right carpet. She finally contacted some of her carpet reps and showed them a piece of our old carpet. And, Bingo... they came up with a sample that was acceptable in geometry, but the color was not. Not an obstacle for Becky. She arranged for another sample with colors more to our liking. And, finally...success! The carpet was ordered and installation was scheduled. Installation was somewhat difficult and problematic and a few things had to be reinstalled. Not an issue for Becky. She even came to our house with the man who did her measuring to discuss a solution and to make us comfortable and as she said, "I want you to be happy". Her crew, Matt and Levi returned several times to "to make things right" without complaint. All About Flooring went the extra mile...actually, it was more like 1,000 miles to satisfy us, and I can sincerely say, I think you should not hesitate to use them for your flooring. Thank you Becky and your entire crew! Fred & Ronna Hanold November 2025 read more

We had an excellent experience with All About Flooring! Ashley Pierre-Paul assisted us throughout the entire process, and she was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. She helped us select the perfect carpet for our home and made the entire experience so easy. The installation went off without a hitch, and the team completed the job in a timely manner. We replaced all of the carpet in our home, and we are absolutely thrilled with the results! The new carpet looks great! Jeff & Laura Greenville, S.C. read more

This floor installation has been a horrible experience for us and has gone on for four months now. All we set out to do was to replace carpeting in one room and hallway with Mohawk LVP. First installation - we not only had unexplainable shiny spots across the floor, but we had shoddy workmanship with the moldings, nails sticking up out of the transitions, and major dust in rooms that weren't even being worked on. As time went on, more shiny spots appeared on that first floor, and we agreed to begin again with new flooring. We had no choice - we were told Mohawk would not reimburse us; only replace the faulty product. Once again, we moved out most of the furniture, took up the carpets, took down the curtains, and covered up all of the pictures on the walls. We were absolutely horrified to once again find very evident shiny marks on this second installation of flooring. They will not come out, and rubbing at them makes it worse. All of that time, energy, and work for nothing! We still have distracting shiny marks on our brand new $2,500 floor! Not only this, but we had all of the added work of having to wipe down all of the freshly-painted walls that had once again gathered noticeable dust. I had to paint all of the moldings that were damaged during the second installation and also paint the quarter-round. And, once again, the transitions were nailed down with sharp nail points sticking up out of 5 of the 6 transitions! How can this be deemed a durable product? What if it were in a dining room? How could this floor possibly hold up to the wear and tear of a heavy dining room table and chairs moving constantly across it? We are so very disappointed. At the very least, we do not believe we should have to pay for this shoddy product. All About Flooring is passing the buck to Mohawk. They will not stand behind the product they sell. read more

All About Flooring - Carpet Cleaning Near Me - Greenville, South Carolina

I have been shopping with Heather at all about flooring for the past several years. She is always helpful with picking out colors, find products within my clients budget, matching existing floors for repairs and if she doesn't know she always has someone does. My most recent purchase from her was a carpet I picked out and had stitched so my dog could have a rug in his room. read more

Installer (Rod) was top notch He respected our home and took great care to install flooring properly. His son helped him a couple of days and they both did an excellent job. read more

I received great service from All About Flooring. After looking at almost every carpet store in Greenville, I was finally able to find what I wanted at this store. Heather was my salesperson and she was able to show me options for a stair runner that worked for my style and budget. Ed was the installer and he did a great job too. Very pleased. read more

All About Flooring did a great job on our basement flooring project. They were very helpful explaining the best options for our location and patiently showed us options for different prices and finishes. The installation crew called the day before they were scheduled to arrive to confirm--that is much appreciated. They arrived ready to get started and didn't waste any time. They finished 1000 sq ft in a single day and it looks great. Very professional and courteous. When they left, everything was neat and tidy. And I have to say the installation cost is competitive with anyone out there. read more

We're so thankful for the crew at All About Flooring who installed carpet in record fast time after we were left hanging several weeks by Lowes. We were able to select, order, and have our carpet installed in less than 5 business days (while Lowes had us waiting a total of 4 weeks!). We listed our house for sale and were under contract an entire week before our proposed install date from Lowes. The customer service can't be beat. Go local. It's totally worth it. Thanks guys for the great product and helping us sale our house fast! read more

Purchased a Karastan from these folks, who had to come out and replace the carpet because within 4 months it was already starting to mat down...the replacement again has started to mat down ... we were told that going barefoot on the carpet was bad for the carpet!!! which we rarely did anyway..however you should be able to go barefoot on a carpet for crying out loud and this is not the first carpet that I have owned!!! I am still trying to get the carpet replaced. You would think a Karastan that you pay alot of money for would stand up to it's guarantee!! read more

Awesome customer service, product knowledge, and quality! Wouldn't go anywhere else for my flooring needs.

I am a host for AirBNB and had Becky, at All About Flooring, select a favorite carpet that would be plush and create a beautiful look for the bedroom. We have had it now for over a year. It still looks like the day it was installed. I have had many AirBNB guests actually comment on how amazingly the carpet is - how it feels like walking on a cloud. The staff at All About Flooring does a top notch job selecting the perfect floor for each project. read more

Do not trust these people. We worked with Norman who when specifically asked if the engineered hardwood we were picking would hold up to dog claws he said absolutely. And then after the fact, when there were problems said he didn't say that. Not willing to help us solve the problem at all, now we have 6 month old floors with scratches throughout. read more
