Eddie and Natalie are wonderful folks to work with and they provide absolutely top-notch service from start to finish. I've had them clean some rooms at my house on two separate occasions and was very impressed with their friendly customer service, punctuality, and the quality of their work each time. I recently called Natalie needing an emergency cleaning before an unexpected visit from friends and she managed to squeeze an me in within two days. I felt bad for calling them at the 11th hour and requesting their services, but Natalie was more than happy to work with my schedule. I knew that they did great work from my past experience with them and I didn't want to give my business to anyone else. They're locals and they're awesome and they pay attention to even the smallest details involved with running a great business. I really appreciate the fact that Eddie remembered me from his previous visit almost a year ago. He's the epitome of professionalism and is always courteous. He got right to work once I showed him the rooms that needed cleaning and was very efficient in taking care of my carpets. One of our dogs decided to use our spare room as his bathroom, and thanks to Eddie, the carpets look and smell fantastic once again. I can't say enough good things about Dry Master. Tried again 2 weeks later and received a very rude text about me that obviously was meant to be sent to Shelby at the office but came to me by mistake. I then called Shelby at the office just to get a lesson on their 7 - day guarantee and my pets potty habits. I was never told of a guarantee much less even given a receipt for the job. Was told they could probably come out in the next few weeks when they are in the area, but it obviously wasn't a genuine response to fix the problem, just to shut me up. I also called them because I always try to buy local and support my community. Apparently my mistake.

Shane walked off job when I questioned him on why he was starting in an area of house in which he told me he was going to clean last. Our house 5100 sq ft., 3000 of it carpet. Big job and not cheap, but he could care less. He wouldn't acknowledge my questions on who the owner of company was and he to reach them. Funny, tried to call and complain but no one answered and phone and didn't return any of my calls. Very rude and unprofessional. I called Stanley Steamer and they did a beautiful job for less money.
