They were able to come 2 days later. The job took about 2 hours and the carpet was completely rid of the soot and cleaner than it has been in years. Where to start? I can't believe these guys don't have a review. I have never taken the time to write anyone a Yelp review prior to now, but Dry Master went above and beyond my expectations and they deserve some love. Eddie and Natalie are wonderful folks to work with and they provide absolutely top-notch service from start to finish. I've had them clean some rooms at my house on two separate occasions and was very impressed with their friendly customer service, punctuality, and the quality of their work each time. I recently called Natalie needing an emergency cleaning before an unexpected visit from friends and she managed to squeeze an me in within two days. I felt bad for calling them at the 11th hour and requesting their services, but Natalie was more than happy to work with my schedule. I knew that they did great work from my past experience with them and I didn't want to give my business to anyone else. They're locals and they're awesome and they pay attention to even the smallest details involved with running a great business. I really appreciate the fact that Eddie remembered me from his previous visit almost a year ago. He's the epitome of professionalism and is always courteous. He got right to work once I showed him the rooms that needed cleaning and was very efficient in taking care of my carpets. One of our dogs decided to use our spare room as his bathroom, and thanks to Eddie, the carpets look and smell fantastic once again. I can't say enough good things about Dry Master.
