In addition to handling and packing all of our furniture, they took on an extremely difficult task we have been dreading: moving a super heavy dining table up to the second floor through narrow, curved stairways. Their negative review is coming shortly) Called Ken in hopes of a miracle and he delivered! Told him I needed movers ASAP due to unfortunate circumstances. He was so kind and respectful, very upbeat personality. It was super last minute, but he was able to get me a 2-man moving crew who was completing another job 40 miles away from my location. I called him at noon, they crew was there at 2 pm. So fast! His prices were very, very competitive and he was willing to work with me on the driving route. I found a route to our new location via surface streets that was below 10 miles, thus, no double-drive time charge! Other companies I contacted were going to take a different route using the freeway that was 11 miles, thereby incurring the double-drive time charge. I found that very honorable. The moving team was stellar! As mentioned in many other reviews, Matai and his partner, Oscar, were hands-down the hardest working, fastest moving crew we have ever seen! They were both so nice, so motivated, took their time carefully wrapping/securing all of our furniture, but still moved at lightning speed to expertly load up the 26 foot truck! Both were so nice and so professional. They had just completed a move before coming to our home, I was very impressed with their energy level. Great teamwork between the two of them. You could tell they were professional and experienced crew who knew exactly what they were doing, but also very aware of the customers' time. Also, we have a 2 year old daughter and they both were so kind to her and were looking out for her safety during the entire moving project because she was kind of all over the place, as you can imagine a toddler would be. They helped me move a very heavy washer/dryer combo (300+ lbs) and a massive 10-foot couch. I received a confirmation email and needed to provide a list of items to be moved. Received a call the day prior and also received a call immediately after the service was completed to ensure everything I wanted was covered and if the service was completed to my satisfaction. I shared I was very happy because the team led by Ivan was very careful with my items and made sure not to damage the walls or floors. They were thorough and were able to document previous damage from previous moves and ensured our TVs were working before and after a move and thus packaged carefully (very important because one of my TV screens was damaged in a previous move). They were very accommodating to where I wanted items to be moved and responsive to my needs.
