I had issues with using setting up my new credit card on HSBC app. I visited the Stevenage branch and I was immediately met with a warm smile and welcome from Vikki Guilford. Popped in here to deposit a cheque. I used the quick deposit box which was easy and simple enough to use. I logged on later that evening to check if it reflected in my balance which it did meaning that the staff were efficient and did their job. No hassles !! read more
