I have visited the HSBC batch yesterday, one of the employee Bijal she helped me out with cash deposit and explained me very well about how to generate a pin and change the pin. with help of Bijal I have deposited the cash and generated a new pin. Recently I had been to HSBC branch in Luton, which is just in town center.
At the entrance there are machines for cash deposits, cheque deposit, and cash withdrawal.
There is also a small desk to write the pay in slips.
The customer service is excellent. They give you all the information about their products and suggest the one that suits you.
Their online banking service is also excellent and we can keep track of our money. read more
