This bank is a very busy bank as its on a very busy road ie barking road.They have all there tills…read moreopen,but as its busy you do have to queue and that can be anythhing from 5 minutes to an hour. They also have a telephone service if you need to talk to someone about something regarding your existing account(lost pin) or wanting to get a new product ( morgage or loans). They also have a help desk that you can go and talk to one of the staff about anything to do with the bank. They are a friendly bunch of people who work there and are there to help.

I've used the cashpoint here many many times. The queue isn't normally too bad but obviously on…read morematch days you can expect to wait up to around 10 minutes the closer you get to kick off. There have been the odd occasion where one of the machines hasn't been working but like i said, its the odd occasion. If it's very busy there's a post office over the other side of barking road with a cashpoint inside.

It is pretty much an average bank, by all means, open weekdays (Shame this bank doesn't have weekend openings at all!). The bank's floor is a satisfactory size with some basic banking machines to conduct banking activities and two separate counters (confusing?) if you have a more complex issue or need a personalised approach, the staff seemed friendly and happy to help. The opening hours aren't great, the bank shuts early than most other banks I'm used to at 4:30 pm, and of course the fact they close on weekends isn't too great either. I did like how the store had an upper floor including a balcony, I presume this is down to it being a listed building and I saw no sign of this part of the building being used, perhaps it's for a staff area, business banking or something? A decent bank, it does have letdowns including having two counters which can get a little confusing and messy, and the opening hours but convenient in its' location, considering it is a short walk away from the Green Park end of Piccadilly (as I recall the nearest other banks where there are a Santander and Metro Bank) 3*

This Eurochange has a Barclays cashpoint. You can avoid the whole "are you standing behind me to…read morerob my arse." feeling because you enclosed. I have also changed money here, there is usually no que and the rates are decent for Oxford street. I used to actually prefer to come here than go to the bank or use a hole in the wall. If you are on Oxford street seeing this review through your Blackberry, come here to get some money out. No charge on the cash point.

HSBC at Westfield Stratford City is a basic location in terms of services offered, but it still…read moreisn't too bad for a bank within a shopping mall. They don't have a counter service here, but there are still plenty of machines where you can pay in/withdraw cash, the staff also seem friendly enough and are able to provide some help, but again this is limited due to a lack of a counter service. The interior seems modern, and pretty welcoming, there are some ATM's outside the main entrance, meaning these can be accessed, even when the bank is closed as long as Westfield is open. The opening hours are pretty generic, 9:30 - 4:30 pm during the week, closing at 1 pm on weekends, and closed on Sunday's, I do think having better weekend opening hours is something to consider in the future, which I presume has been reduced because of the pandemic. 3* - One of the better bank branches inside Westfield Stratford City, although the lack of a counter service is a big negative for me, which could render a trip here useless.

This is a fairly big Lloyds. The queues are reasonable. They have a reasonable number of counters…read moreand open them as needed. The cash machines are not outside. They are in a little room off to one side of the bank. Therefore you don't have to stand out in the cold and it is more private. During the day, there is easy access to the room. Outside bank hours, you need to use your card to access the room. This again helps with privacy and misuse of the room. You can go and see their financial advisors to discuss mortgages, loans etc.
