HSBC at Westfield Stratford City is a basic location in terms of services offered, but it still isn't too bad for a bank within a shopping mall. They don't have a counter service here, but there are still plenty of machines where you can pay in/withdraw cash, the staff also seem friendly enough and are able to provide some help, but again this is limited due to a lack of a counter service. The interior seems modern, and pretty welcoming, there are some ATM's outside the main entrance, meaning these can be accessed, even when the bank is closed as long as Westfield is open. The opening hours are pretty generic, 9:30 - 4:30 pm during the week, closing at 1 pm on weekends, and closed on Sunday's, I do think having better weekend opening hours is something to consider in the future, which I presume has been reduced because of the pandemic. 3* - One of the better bank branches inside Westfield Stratford City, although the lack of a counter service is a big negative for me, which could render a trip here useless. read more
