Everything was in it...including diagrams and photos. He does a complete breakdown of labor and hardware costs so you can tell what you are getting for your money. If, like me, you are providing the cameras or NVR, he helps you understand where your part ends and his begins. He also was very quick to get back to me and keep in contact as I was making my decision between him an other vendors. In the end, obviously I went with Patrick...and his price was not the lowest in fact. His professionalism was what tilted me in his direction. We made a few adjustments to the proposal so by the time he came in, there were almost no details left to work out. That is always a good sign. I'm very glad I made that decision. What we experienced in our interactions with them was worth of a zero star rating. -The office staff who answers the phone line is incredibly rude, and acts oblivious to things they have already confirmed. Making an appointment with a technician is so hard, it's almost as if they do not want business. -We were passed off from one team to another multiple times due to "staff rearrangement." When we finally got staff to assigned, they stood us up twice. At this point you'd think we'd go to another company, but we have a pretty complex home network and their team had intimate knowledge of what we needed updated. Luckily we were contacted by a new project manger who assured us they had let go some of the "old watch" and were reinvesting in staff, and they could immediately take on our project. The team was on the job, but it took them 4 different trips to complete the simple task of mounting our tv correctly. They even tried to convince us this was okay just to move on. To make it even worse, they didn't finish two other contracted tasks we agreed upon with them. Simply put for the premium prices charged, they operate as close to racketeering as possible these days.
